I got to the bank at 11:30 am on a Saturday to open an account and they told me that they close at 12:00 and that was going to take too much time for them. Lol

This wells fargo has poorly trained staff and discriminatory practices that are extremely harmful. I received a cashiers check from my brother. I deposited in branch because it was for a large amount. The banker made a call, wrote a number on the check then processed it. When I left she advised it would be available the following day. The next day, the full balance was available in my account and I preceded to pay my monthly bills with credit card. At closed of business, the bank reversed the check with no explanation claiming it did not process and leaving my account overdrafted from charges that went through and rejecting my other very important bills. This trigger substantial difficulty for me. I contacted the bank and they advised it was irregular activity of the use in my account even though every payment made was from someone I previously paid. Now, they said there is no one I can speak with, wait 2 business days for a manager to call back. And they will try to process the check on February 7. A full 8 days after deposit with no explanation. I'm extremely disappointed and i was misled. Wells fargo and their poorly trained staff have caused me unnecessary financial turmoil.DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. This is my second attempt at using this institution after they caused issue with my previous account I had since 1996.

I'm going to get an account and the first thing is that they treat me as undocumented. If you go to get a bank account and you don't speak English, they won't serve you, they tell you that you have to make an appointment and that the appointments are full. I told him, I speak a little English, he told me, you must speak. Perfect because the process takes 45 minutes. So the one who speaks English will open their bank account the same day but the one who doesn't speak English must wait for appointments to be available, because they don't have staff to serve Latinos. Note that the person who helped me was Latina and spoke Spanish very well… total discrimination. I regret having gone. Disgusting

Went to close a savings account I arrived two hours before closing. Giselle was extremely rude and questioned my original certified court documents signed the judge. She insisted no other way to assist. Other Wells Fargo have made appointments at the location. I will not go to their location again

Went in to cash a check,in line for 23mins only 1 teller working 2 standing around whispering, 1st teller acting confused she leaves to go to a empty desk. 9 people in line waiting to be served. Slowest bank ever. Need better customer service or closed it down.

I made a online appointment and 30 min after my appointment they still haven’t seen me. When they sat me the bankers had a very poor and bad attitude. Bad customer service. But I have to say that Kenroy who is the manager came to help the person who was asMe and he was wonderful and very helpful
