I have to say I was concerned with these reviews. Genevieve was amazing! She is knowledgeable and super friendly. I was never given an attitude. She answered all my questions and shared her Experiences using waterworks in her home. She put up with me changing my mind several times. And was always quick to get back to me and this was super important as this project happened sooner than I was expecting . Would definitely recommend and come back.

Absolutely lazy and rude people who work here (specifically two women the couple times I've been here). I recommend they venture out into some other shops around them and see how customer service should be done. One day when I was actually being "helped" the lady (Helena?) didn't seem to want to listen to what I was in for and said multiple comments and questions seemingly to judge whether I was worth her time. I was VERY turned off by my experience. I'm not sure I've ever been treated the way I was like that before in a store (ANY store). Very odd.

High -end product, was expecting same customer service in store. Instead, 2 lazy ladies with long faces sitting at their desks. Had to wander around and ask for help...
