I had an amazing experience here making my first luxury car purchase. German helped me get a great deal on a Porsche Cayenne. He patiently worked with me throughout the entire process and provided an excellent level of communication respect and understanding. The dealership even took care of the entire delivery process. I had an amazing experience with the GM, salesperson, and dealership. Thank you all so much!

This dealership is so horrible to deal with , arrogant and rude- harassed me to bring car in for two recalled parts and then didn’t even have them - but found a way to charge me a grand for servicing my car . Disgusting.

I was just planning on getting info regarding my lease return and ended up trading in my Q50 for a new QX50 with a pleasant transaction. Hope to do business again in the future with the same customer service experience.

This car dealer is a joke ! They harassed me for over a month to come to their dealership for a recall. I drove 1h from Miami Beach and after 30 min waiting they just told me they they don’t have the part anymore.. no wonder why you reviews are so bad.

10/10 experience from every aspect. The facility was beautiful, and clean. I was attended to in a very warm and professional manner. I would like to thank the staff that worked with me: Zach, Reggie, and Octavio for their dedication in helping me purchase my first Jaguar. They appear to be selling their own cars to themselves or someone else so then they can mark up the price of the car's tremendously. We found out they have a Land Rover with 27 miles on it but yet is being sold as a used vehicle with one owner. They are then selling the car for $259,000.

I bought a 2020 Range Rover Sport and brought it in for service. I was assigned to Claudio as my advisor. He was very attentive and professional. I was offered a car for the day. Service was completed in a timely fashion, and I was very satisfied. Yesterday I went in for a recall after being contacted and scheduled conveniently. After meeting with Claudio I was offered transportation, contacted quickly after completion.Claudio went above and beyond after noticing a minor cosmetic issue on the shift mechanism. He ordered the piece replaced at no charge and the worked was completed in in 15 minutes. The Warren Henry Dealership is new, clean, efficient, professionally and respectfully staffed and Claudio is an exemplary member of their team,

I own a 2 009 Jaguar XK with just 35k miles which I bought NEW from WH. The battery went dead, I called WH service, gave them the car details and problem. They told me to have it towed to them. I engaged a towing serice, Three hours later they called to tell me that they didn't work on cars older than 10 years and to have it towed out of there. I explained that I would not have sent it there if they had told me that at first. No mercy shown. WH could care less, I had it towed out and I will never work with or visit WH again.

I took my jeep commander key west auto center in key west fl for a misfire they had it for three weeks charge me $1,900 to put a computer in it. After that the car ran even worse how to take it back you told me the computer was settling in.after that the car wouldn’t start again had to get it towed back To Keys Auto Center he told me I needed a new starter is gonna cost me $700 then three days later they told me my engine is blown.the general manager said he was gonna look into the problem that they should’ve never put the computer into my car two days later I go there and he tells me sorry your car engine was probably worn out so you’re gonna have to just take it I’ll reimburse you for your $1900 for the computer w which you never did. Ended up throwing my car out of there and losing everything my toe money my car with a blown engine that’s the way they treat people I wouldn’t recommend them to nobody to cover each other they live there a scam there not hometown people it work for themselves they only out for the money all they did was blow my engine off keep my car there for a month and a half and then I had to pay to get a toad and I was lied to and cheated on the general manager and the sales manager I never go back there

Please check today's Local 10 news (April 8, 2022), you can file a lawsuit if a dealership overcharge for fees that do not appear reflected on your lease agreement when you want to buy your own leased vehicle. I wanted to buy my leased Infinity and this dealership wanted to ripe me off almost $2,000.DO NOT PAY DELIVERY O DEALER FEES FOR YOUR OWN LEASED VEHICLE IF YOU WANT TO BUY IT OR ABUSIVE REGISTRATION FEES FOR $500 TO CITE A FEW. Read you lease agreement usually the lease buys out only entails, residual value, sales taxes, purchase fee for $300 and new registration with OFFICIAL AGENCIES. Official fees are not extra MADE UP dealerships fees. Report these abuses.

Needed my coolant topped off, they said bring it in any time, you'll be out in 20 minutes. Came in the next morning as I told my service agent I would do. After waiting more than 30 minutes in the lobby, just to see my service agent (they hadn't even taken my car in yet), I finally grew frustrated and asked for my car back. I've had nothing but unreliable service here since day 1. Buying the car here was great but I don't think I ever want to come back here for poor and unresponsive service again...
