I have been using this pharmacy since it opened and I have never had an issue or a bad experience. Sometimes people just want the pharmacist or the staff to give them priority over the rest when they have lots of prescriptions to work at. I'm just saying in general you have to give them time. I have in fact I have needed a medicine asap and they have tried to get it ready faster for me. So I have no complains.

The pharmacy customer service Danay pharmacy technician is very nice. The pharmacy doctor Arlene is very professional and always she advise me about the medicines she is very nice person too.

Worst pharmacy ever. They can't find prescriptions that were faxed and they take two days to process a prescription. Awful, awful, awful service!!!!!

Very bad service offered here. They lose prescriptions and take too long to process them. My doctor has a very bad opinion about this place too. I don't recommend this place at all.

Got here at 1:29pm to pickup my prescription and they started to close the pharmacy in my face, the lady said they all had to take their lunch together to go walk around and come back in 30min. What is this? I don’t see nowhere that they close at that time. Thanks for making me loose my time coming here and I don’t have all the free time or energy’s to loose it walking around in a Walmart after working overnight. Do this lady’s have to feed each other that they have to go to lunch all together? We are in 2023’s places no longer close for lunch, this Walmart sucks will be changing pharmacy.

Waiting on the pharmacy to fill your prescription you will need another prescription to calm the anxiety for the longest wait.

Awful treatment during grocery pickup by Humberto. Shorted over 20 items on pickup service and after calling and speaking to Humberto due to the extremely poor handling of my call and complaint by HUMBERTO, and the fear that he will tamper with my food items - I must for the safety of my family take my business elsewhere. HUMBERTO was rude, demeaning, insulting, blaming my husband for Humberto's failure to deliver all the products in my order. I was shocked. I could not believe the way he spoke to me.

Worst customer service experience, it took two employees to help one customer and stop the movement of the customer service line. This Walmart is terrible never shopping here again

This review is specifically in regard to the Pharmacy, and stellar pharmacist, Jennifer Almarales. She is a godsend...I give her a grade of A+ on her knowledge and expertise, professionalism, kindness, communication skills, and customer service. This typically chaotic store is very lucky and blessed to have her -- especially in this day and age, when finding staff to substantially demonstrate that a customer is valued and appreciated is, all too often, a rarity. Furthermore, she speaks perfect English. Hallelujah! (Desafortunadamente, la mitad de esta tienda no tiene la capacidad de hablar en ingles.)

Horrible Service. Made me wait 3 hours only to tell me they didnt have the medicine and was going to charge me $650 when I had coupon for $107. Never again will I go to Walmart the Ripoff Supercenter

I used to shop at Walmart Neighborhood Market. Employee Ivonne has zero customer service skills. I went grocery shopping with my mom. The cashier did not know how to bag groceries. For example, She would placed the milk with the eggs, or just filled too many groceries in a single plastic bag. I start to grab extra bags to sort out groceries and she became upset. As I went to reach out for an extra bag, she spun the wheel counter where bags were. As a result, my hand was caught between the bags and the metal used to hold the wheel. I told to stop. She became upset shouting out to my mom of 85 years of age, with a pacemaker "You can't take extra bags lady! Walmart has to pay for these bags so that you could carry your groceries!" I demanded to see a manager. The manager was not available! Yeah right! We have been going to that Walmart for years. We are well known. The cashier Ivonne was aware my mom has a pacemaker. She agitated my mom. I really felt bad about this whole ordeal. Please.... if you shop at the Walmart Neighborhood Market continue to do so. Friendly advice, STAY AWAY FROM IVONNE!

Worst experience ever and no organization at all! I used their Curbside pickup for the first time since a friend of mine does it a different location. You have to order in advance (at least a day in advance in this case) and they give you a pick-up timeframe. I picked 5pm-6pm. I got a confirmation email saying that they would notify me once the order is done and then I would have to drive to the pick-up area. I arrived around 5.10pm and my order still showed as pending in the app meaning that they are still gathering the items. Since the pickup area is supposedly only for cars whose orders are ready, I waited a little bit in my car in their parking lot. I tried to call. First time I got hung up on, the second time I got placed on hold for so long that I eventually hung up. At some point I walked inside the store but the customer service line was long and slow. I decided to walk to the curbside pick-up area and asked the young gentleman why my order wasn't ready . He told me : "oh yeah it probably is. I'll check on it when I'm done here." So this means if I would have not gone there which I wasn't supposed to according to their instructions, I would have never gotten my order. What a waste of time! Never coming bank!

Went for vaccination ,no other people around,after 30 minutes waiting I left without vaccination.People behind counter talking each other and care less for customer.Very poor costumer service.
