HOW BAD, ANSWER, ATTENTION AND DELAY THE WORKER HAS?Today Feb. 17.24 at 2.58pm I called (he didn't give me his name), to find out how the Pharmacy works since it is the 2nd one. This time I go, last year was the first; I was personally delayed in delivering the medicine but I didn't make a Review and I left it behind.On February 16 at 8:55am I went to an Urgent Care for a really bad cold, so I gave the information about this Walgreen location.When I called by phone, the question I asked was how does it work for the delivery of the medicine?... Will they call me? The person who answered me seemed as if he were upset in his words saying: look ma'am, they send you a message or call them,and I answer: Miss, they sent you the information about the medicine yesterday, let's say at around 9.30am (2.16.24) and it is almost 3pm (2.17.24) and they have not sent me any message nor have they called and I don't know if they got the recipe or not? He answered: well! Give me your information to know if they are there? I told him to leave it alone since it seemed like he wanted to fight and I felt like he didn't want to take care of me.WHAT A SHAME THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE CALLED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS! SINCE WITH THOSE ANSWERS IT IS BETTER NOT TO COME CLOSE!Be careful: WALGREEN TAKE A WELL LOOK AT THOSE WHO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE RIGHT NOW THEY ARE VERY BAD!MY INTENTION IS NOT TO HURT ANYONE BUT I DO WANT GOOD TREATMENT, CONVERSATION OR RESPONSE.Thank you for reading and taking this message into account!GOOD DAY!

The pharmacy service is terrible, today they gave me a medicine and the expiration date said 4/23, they crossed it out with ink and wrote 2/29/24 above and they didn't give any explanation, when I returned to return it the first thing they told me: I don't know You can return!!!! Ah, but they can sell it expired, the blonde who was a cashier with bulging eyes looked at me intently to intrigue me, at 63 years old she doesn't know that I don't stay silent, I told her to call the manager of the pharmacy and answered me; You have to wait, it's at lunch, it's shameless, they also told me that I had Ambetter insurance when I've never had that insurance and I've bought there many times before, conclusion: the pharmacy staff isn't helpful, I've already had several encounters , I went to another pharmacy and they clarified to me about the expiration stamp and I understood, I will never go back there. I hope they are not patients in another place and they treat it with the same coin. Good Night!!!!!

One star and because it forces me, terrible treatment from a Cuban cashier lady, the lack of professionalism in person, it seems incredible that these things happen in the United States?

It seems incredible that it is a pharmacy in the United States. I need a medication that is locked and an older woman tells me that I have to wait for her to finish organizing so she can give it to me. I waited the whole day when the boy who was at the register was a little more polite

Very bad service !! I was in line to drop a prescription and they have me waiting more than 30 min I was next in line and they didn’t have the courtesy to let me know why they were talking too long. I end it up leaving the place without my medication, worst place to get medicine they don’t have staff.

Went to this location for a couple of vaccines. They were busy so took a little longer but very friendly staff 2 shots and no discomfort next day so I'll give them props for that!

This review is especially for the
pharmacy staff,
12/23/21 another pharmacy was trying to transfer a medication that I need to them since my insurance could cover it and it was impossible, they called me today 12/24/21 to ask me to please try to contact Walgreens so that I could contact them directly at them and thus be able to finish the order because it had been impossible for them to do so since they do not answer the phone, obviously I thought that they had not tried hard enough and I called myself to see what was happening. In fact it was like that, they put you on hold all the time and no one ever answers, I made three attempts of approximately 15 minutes each and finally on the third someone came out, of course justifying themselves all the time. It is incredible that things like this can happen, especially when it comes to medicines that we urgently need and therefore
which we pay.
In short, it is the worst Costumer Service I have ever seen before!!!!

I have never encounter a more and unprofessional staff. I arrived at 4:45 pm, there was a lady talking with one of the staff about the vaccination requirements to enter the US and Cuba. I had just come from Urgent Care and in desperate need of pain killer. After waiting for 15 mins, I asked if I could be helped, since the lady talking about vaccines was still there. I was told that the pharmacy closes at 6 pm, anything that I leave it will be for the next day pick up. I tried to speak with the pharmacist but she wouldn’t acknowledge me since she was still chitchatting with the lady about Cuba being a 3rd world country, etc. The lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by everyone in this place, specially the pharmacist is mind boggling. They were totally unfazed about a patient that was coming directly from the hospital with a lot of pain. They were more interested in chitchatting but than actually helping.

We booked the booster appointment here just because it was one of the few Walgreens that had the Johnson and Johnson vaccine. Is located in a shopping center in the parking lot is not as ample or clean as I'm used to. I was really upset to the fact that the pharmacist brought the Covid vaccine with her bare hands and not using gloves, then she used a glove when she applied the vaccine, she filled out the vaccine card without putting the number of the lot of the Johnson and Johnson until we told her that we are supposed to have a number like the previous vaccine. Then she put it. I did not like my experience at all in here.
