Terrible service in the pharmacy department, waiting two day for the medication and after getting a litter bit up set and threatening them to go to another pharmacy all of the sudden took the one minute to go back and find the medication. Beside been the only customer in the pharmacy at the time. It was the disgusted feeling with a cold face and not explanation I received the medication. And this had not been the first time is disgusted and disrespectful.

Every time I enter Walgreens or have went through the drive through, the employees knew exactly what to say when I asked them any kind of questions. Walgreens is my Walgreens store!!!

This store has 0 customer service, cannot get ahold of anyone. My prescriptions are never on time, in the 4 yrs I have been getting my prescriptions there, they have always dispatched late. My medication is needed daily without fail. I ended up contacting my insurance and getting my scripts delivered. I literally cannot continue with this place.

Worst Walgreens ever. They never answer the phone and just hang up on you if they do pick up. They depend on the automated phone to solve customer problems and don't realize that there are situations that a computer can't help you with. I made 5 phone calls, each call was 13 minutes long. No answer. Ridiculous. Had to then drive to the store to tell them to take out a prescription that was put back, then wait around an hour in the parking lot until it was ready. I'm switching stores immediately.

Pharmacy is schedule to close at 11 pm, including drive thru which is closing at 1045 pm.
Call the store, request to speak with the manager and the phone rings at least 15 times before you are disconnected or mistakenly hanged up on.

Horrible customer service at this store. I’ve been to the pharmacy drive-through twice this week & had to leave both times because I was waiting nearly 30 minutes to be acknowledged. Still haven’t picked up my meds. Calling insurance to see if I can get them delivered because dealing with this store is a nightmare.

Says they close at 12 am was at the door at 11:50 and staff didn't want to let me in even though they're supposed to close at 12 they wanted to be lazy and close early and deny multiple customers service. Sad

Horrible customer service. Today 02/29/24 at 3:15pm I was attended by an extremely rude lady at the cashier, if she doesn’t want to be there & do her job then just do her & everyone else a favor & fire her, screw people like her, make me not ever want to go back. I put my number for my rewards & she acted like it was such a big deal & on top of that didn’t give me my $2.53 reward that I could’ve used all cause she was in a bad mood I guess. She’s not fit for her position.

I am a clinic provider. I have been unable to reach anyone in the pharmacy in a timely manner to do an order clarification that was requested by the pharmacy. Have been on hold for over 25 minutes and still no response.

I made the mistake of asking about the location of the sale items. The MANAGER told me to go to aisles 14 or 15. There were no sale items there.I returned to him, and told him that I could not find them. He mumbled some meaningless words. A complete waste of my time.Kindergarten rule: If you don't know the answer to a question, just say you don't know, and then find the answer!This store is so hopeless, even the Manager can't help you to find the items that you need!
