Maritza Heller the worst customer service ever I went to pick up my blood pressure medication after one day of waiting and I was ignored and denied service, after a while she came back and told me to come tomorrow after 2pm ., I been out of Medication if something happened I will made Walgreens and her employee Liable for it

My husband started receiving his blood pressure medicine, there are three medications. They are always delivered on the same day of the appointment. We were attended by MARITZA HELLER, a person who I don't think works with the public because of the way she speaks and expresses herself. His tone of voice, dismissive and rude. The worst customer service we have received. He tells us that the medications are ready for the next day after 2 pm, we tell him that we are out of medications and he asks us which of the three we would like to take? That gives us to understand that he does have them but that he only gives us one. Rude, lazy, impolite and without any training to HELP the customer.

They are QUICK to charge your credit card but extremely irresponsible when it comes to delivering your medication. They charged me for my medication last week and I still haven’t received it. I called yesterday morning and the rude employee who responded told me they were going to deliver it yesterday. It’s now 8 pm the following day and still nothing. I call again and the same employee tells me “they’re gonna call me back tomorrow.” My medication should have been delivered LONG ago and the guy is telling me he’s gonna “call me back” when in reality he won’t. I told him to refund me and that I will get my medication somewhere else. I’ve had one too many issues with this so-called “pharmacy.” They should lose their license.

Terrible service! I had registered online for a COVID test. The cashier whom I asked where to go didn’t know they do tests there. I was held up waiting for 45 minutes while they figured out what to do and reentered all my info. In the end took one minute. Avoid this location if possible.

Walgreens seriously needs to do a better job hiring pharmacy staff. I’ve been called every day for the past 4 days about a prescription that is ready to be picked up. I explained Im out of town and will pick up Monday. In addition, the insurance is still processing the medication, it does not have a $500 copay as they like to tell me. It is $50, as explained to me directly by my insurance company. After explaining this 3 times to Maritza, she gives me an attitude, tells me I’m wrong and hangs up on me. Ridiculous, unnecessary and aggravating so say the least.

I signed up for a Covid test, and got a confirmation email . When I got there, they said they do not have any Covid test and stop doing it a while ago.

Do not send your prescriptions to this pharmacy. Thy do not answer their phones, they're rude and quite frankly the worst customer service ever. I will give 0 stars but can't.
