Horrible horrible Pharmacy!!! Called 10 times to discuss the $300 charge for a medication and they hung up all 10 times. They pick up and hang up. If this is the kind of service you are providing, I wonder how many people have gotten the wrong medication. Directors of Walgreens, you are dealing with peoples lives. You need to be more responsible with your patients. Either that or just close the business if you don't have enough staff members because that's always the excuse. I would give you a zero if I could. Horrible, horrible service!!!

I sujest to the marketing department say this: \"Comes to Walgreens Pharmacy and live an Old times GYPSY MARKET EXPERIENCE\". Why? 1 star because I can't put Zero. We arrive to the pharmacy at 5:38 p.m the line was very long. The same window to drop-off the doctor prescription and pickup, we hit the window at 6:46 pm after hear all the private stuff of the previous customers because the lady voice is just very laud. the attendant then said we have to wait for them because they was too busy with vacination and others orders. Then she said we have to wait between 1 hour to 24 hours and when I said I will wait she raised her eyebrows. A minutes pass and someone arrived with coffee and everyone stop to drink it; during the coffee time everybody was waiting. Then the lady said she was calling 3 times to the doctor office without get any answer but when I called the doctor office they answered the phone immediately maybe I just gets lucky or she was laying to justify her incompetence. The store smell is horrible, and while you wait you can see mice passing between the shelves eating all the dirty stuff between them. They are very rude with people, specially the pharmaceutical she get mad because a lady doesn't speak English and she can't understand something regarding her doctor prescription and the doses prescribed for her and if someone ask something twice they gives you actitud. Other person was complaining that she called asking for her prescription and they said they don't have it them the girl called again and other person took the call and she was found in the system. During my waiting time I hear unappropiated comments after customers have left. This is like be in a Gypsy market, have all the ingredients, dirty everywhere, mice, very high Prices with fakes discounts, very laud people, weird smells and rude behaviors. I think the franchise needs to conduct HIDE Inspection to see the real real way this business is running. At 7:44 pm start to rain and the System was DOWN and the store stop, no sales, not medicines, no customers service, they said the store had a big battery but it's doesn't works. At 8:02 pm my phone battery was dying and I still waiting the medicine with others customers. Oh!! if you are a hacker this is the place we you can catch full people names, birthday, address, etc; all for free because they repeat all private information very laud. Yes I still waiting for my order. ?

It really calls my attention how people have the time to leave a negative review when things don't go as they need, and that's understandable, however, why not leaving a good review when they have a great experience? They just don't have time. They are ungrateful and unappreciative of the good service they receive on a daily basis.

This is the worst location to get your prescriptions. If there was a 0 I would have given them a 0. Avoid it at all cost! My physician has called the message system multiple times and have left messages for my prescriptions to be filled and they can never find it. It is always the same thing. I spoke to the pharmacy technician Ginesa and instead of helping me I was given excuses after excuses and after a while she put on hold and never came back after waiting more than 30 minutes. I am changing my pharmacy to CVS tomorrow. Their service is not only incompetent but the worse.

Always long lines weather is the drivethru or inside , its ridiculos , service its not that good either , they were chargin us $100 for a medication stating that the insurance only covered $4 od that amount. We asked if there was any other way to lower cost and lady said something about subscribing to a membership from walgreens and it cost $20 and would lower the price to $90 like there was any difference , i asked again if. There was any other way to lower the cost and she said no at tha point i asked for the prescrption back ans took it to cvs on 147 and 42nd The ladies there told me the medication would cost $120 i asked if they was any wai to lower the peice. And they advice me to check on good rx that there somwtimes they have coupons to lower medications cost. I did checked and shure enought i got my medication for $35 thank you CVS outstanding service Walgreens. Yall suck. Poor customer service

I have to say I have never had an issue at this Walgreens location until today. We went to the clinic visit and then to the pharmacy. Never had I ever experienced such a rude pharmacist ever at any Walgreens location. The one attending clients today, July 31st, was so rude and not very welcoming to the clients at all. To the point that my daughter tells me, that lady was sooo rude!! She was telling various clients she could not have their meds ready right away cuz they were short staffed. Ok, that's fine, but clients don't need to know that tour short staffed. Tell them that at this time their prescriptions will be ready at x time etc. I thought it was in poor client services overall, and I deal with clients all day long. They don't want an excuse they want their service provided accordingly. Again, this was based on the pharmacy itself, not the store and not the clinic.

Whoever reads this review; please please for the sake of every other Customer out there, do take it into consideration. This has been my local pharmacy for the past three years; and I have to say; there's always something going on and going south with this establishment. My main concern has always been the Pharmacy. Whether there's a line or no line, you'll find yourself waiting in line or in the drive-thru for a long time, without a doubt. Not only the wait time but the poor Customer Service; I haven been given the wrong medication; I have been called by different names and gotten my name renamed magically under the orders of an Indian-American pharmacist; because clearly they're not paying attention. I've also gotten prescriptions under the wrong doctor's name even when my actual doctor's name has been on my prescription. Moving on; there's been A LOT of occasions where going to this Walgreens and waiting there has been an issue but it wasn't until today that I feel like I've had it and kept long enough with the lack of professionalism this particular pharmacy has to offer. I was given a time frame around 10:30am today as to when my medication would had been ready, 11 hours later and I'm still waiting for it; and they prepared the wrong medication using a different prescription that my insurance will not cover so there goes that - a trip I wasted to this Walgreens. It's already 10:30pm and I find myself with NO medication ywhich I need for a personal emergency that made me go to the doctor today. What can I do? I figured I'd post this on Yelp! and will soon share the feedback with this Pharmacy or Walgreens itself. But please; if you can go somewhere else; do so. Don't waste your time at this Walgreens; it's not worth it! -------- 1/6/2020 ---------- If I could give this place a negative rating I so would! I put in my request from my phone with ONE refill left, I don't hear back from them. So I checked the app and it says to get in touch with someone from the store because there was a technical difficulty. I decided to stop by after work - the line outside and inside super long... waited 40 minutes in line (no joke) to be told I had 0 refills for that medication. The lady first goes on the theory that I have 0 refills when I was showing her the app and how it clearly states I have ONE. She then goes on about my other medication that it's been a while since I picked it up... first things first, we aren't discussing my other meds but the one I NEED! (The other mes I picked up 2 weeks ago, she said since August I hadn't picked it up, okay...). Back to the med I need... she then says that the thing is those meds expire a month before they expire... what? How does this make sense? The end is supposed to expire on 2/28/2020, it's not even January 28th if her 2nd theory was right... at this point I knew I was dealing with someone useless so I decided to leave and carry on with my night. I don't need a call from anyone at this pharmacy, but I have to say, you guys are sorry! Your whole team! If there's a problem with the system, fix it and stop wasting people's time making long lines for no need!!!

I have been going to CVS for years but recently I looked up my local pharmacy that is open 24/7 and this Walgreens pops up. I decided to give it a try and wow this place is a joke. It does not matter what time of the day it is or if anyone is in line you will wait and wait and wait for your medication here. The pharmacy is horrible. The Walgreens app will show you that medication is ready and when you show up, they don't even have the medication on hand. The staff is rude and to get help when needing to find something in the isles is another long wait. Parking in the front is also horrible I have seen multiple accidents where people backup and don't pay attention and bang into cars and drive away. Do yourself a favor find another pharmacy where the staff cares and the service is worth the visit.
