I ordered the medicine, and it should be ready.. When I went to pick it up, I was told that the medicine wasn't ready, and I should wait 25 to 60 minutes, or come back the day after.. I think it is a lack of respect. It is no the first time with this type of issue..

On the phone on hold for an hour!!! Someone picked up, placed me on hold to then transfer me to a line that no one ever picked up. Phone just kept on ringing, until call was disconnected. If you want something done, you have to go in person. Very disappointing. I feel bad for all the people that are home sick and don't have the ability to drive in. Things need to change.

They like to yell at old people here. The manager of the store was yelling at a woman for trying to do an exchange. She couldn't understand why she needed to give her name and just yelled at her. If the manager is not showing decency and customer service then what hope do we have for the rest of the team?

This rating only related to the pharmacy, the ladies and workers in the front are nice and welcoming. The pharmacy has a poor attitude, especially when calling over the phone. Trying to start the conversation on a light note about my medication being canceled, any information on its cancellation is disregarded. You're met with a rude "date of birth" interruption followed by a "name of patient" line with even more attitude and then constant rushed conversation to get you off the phone, even if it's to simply ask basic questions regarding medication status. It's not a good way to start the day and calling this pharmacy or going in person will leave a sour taste for the remainder of the day. 1/5 do not recommend.

They are okay most of the time but multiple times I have to drive away because the pharmacy is closed when they said they would be open. I have to take a lot of Covid tests for my job as a precaution and I schedule them here because they are the closest option and there is a drive through. On multiple occasions when I pull up there is a giant sign on the window saying they can't help and no one is answering the phones. I call the store instead asking when they will be open because the appointment that I made was for 9:15am and she said "it's fine just come back in 20 minutes" and would not give me an explanation as to why they were not open or if anyone was even there yet. So I'm sitting here at 10:00am at the drive through window still waiting for someone to open up so I can get my SCHEDULED test. If you're not going to show up, maybe call the customers that are waiting and have other things to do on a Monday morning or don't schedule the appointments when no one is scheduled to come in to work the pharmacy. I wish I got a picture of the big sign they had up on the window but I parked in another spot to call initially and when I came back to take a picture there was a car waiting at the window already. I guess they had the same idea as me. They were literally not taking any calls in the pharmacy, when I called at 9:30am there were only two callers ahead of me so I called the store and decided to call the Pharmacy again to see if anyone else was trying to call. At 10:00am "there are more than three callers ahead of you" is the message I get and there are about 5 cars in the line. I called the store again and asked why the pharmacy wasn't open yet and she tried to explain to me that it opens at 10am and they should be open in 5 minutes but now it is past 10am so ? And I told her that I again had an appointment before 10am so they should be open and I asked why they weren't open, so she put me on hold. Then, finally someone else is on the line and I ask her the same thing and she says there was a problem on the website, at this point I finally see the Pharmacy window opening up for the car in front of me so I just said thank you and stopped talking to the lady on the phone. When I got to the window the pharmacist was really nice but clearly just opening up and disinfecting everything still. And some thing that should have taken only 15 minutes took over an hour. The only reason I'm not giving it one star, honestly, is because this is my preferred Walgreens pharmacy and I've never had any big issues before now. Even in the beginning of the pandemic they were fighters and had a system going but lately it's been going downhill big time for some reason.

I was racially profiled here at this location by the manager Cynthia. I stood in line to pay and she came from a far hollering at me yelling at me for not having a mask on due to covid 19. Since I was unaware as I walked in , other employees greeted me so I didn't think anything of it. She went directly towards me because I'm Asian to yell at me to wear a mask or cover up my mouth and nose, meanwhile customers behind me didn't have a mask yet she didn't say a word to them .. why?? Bc they weren't Asian. She was rude and racist and I will be looking into filing a lawsuit for harassment and racial profiling ! Terrible! Shame on you Cynthia
