Front cashiers should know that customers needs such as getting products from the isle should be performed when shopping and not when the only cashier has to be held up with a line while the condoms get taken down from the shelf. Both managers Ed and Eric stand there like you're wall paper, non existent

Dispensed a drug to me by accident and not authorized by my doctor. Then told me to "just keep it" when I returned it. I asked for a refund or credit on the drug I actually needed and they said no. Blamed me for not checking the sealed bag at pickup. Now, is it legal to hand out the wrong drug and not take it back for disposal? Is it my job to do the final quality control on their work - work they are getting paid to do? Two pharmacists stood stone cold while they made the administrative lady blame me for their mistakes. Laws and laws of morality were broken here Walgreens.

On today's date, April 9, between 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m., I waited in line for 20 minutes, the cashier tells us that we can go to the box in the photo section, I was third in line, I It occurred to me to go to the checkout in the photo department and there the same manager on duty tells me that she is going to close the checkout and that she can't help me, I only had one item, very bad customer service.

I finally switched pharmacys after 20 yrs. I do not recommend the Walgreens on S.W. 120 St. I've used them for several years but they never keep enough stock and they don't answer the phone; especially close to closing time. And if they do, they put you on hold for what seems like forever. Then if you're lucky & they do, they put you on hold again.

What's the point of having a pharmacy drive thru if your attendant is going to be on the phone making the one person that is in the drive they wait?! Could they at least acknowledge that I'm there and say - hi! I'll be with you in 5 Minutes. Zero customer service skills. Guess I'll have to change my pharmacy now.

Is there any pharmacy that's good anymore? I do feel bad because during these times staffing has been crazy (covid etc) and I know they are probably working extra hard due to people getting medications etc. But it's like be more organized. I just feel that if perhaps it was a bit more organized and less chaotic maybe the pharmacy would run smoother? I'm giving them 3 stars because honestly they were so nice. They do have a lot of staff working in the back and everyone seems to be moving. But of course here I am to pick up a medication that is supposed to be ready and it's not. Been here already 30 minutes and praying it will be ready soon but I doubt it.

extremely rude pharmacy staff. the lady in the front had an uncontrollable attitude and was extremely nasty for absolutely no reason. HORRIBLE experience. go to cvs instead.

Beware of unprofessional pharmacists giving expired medications, not apologies, lots of attitude. They never go a step further to help you, they chose the wrong career!

Horrible service at the pharmacy. The ladies can't control the front and have no decency, not surprised. If you must come, go to a CVS. If all else fails, come during the day and save 2 hours of your life.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!! the staff is beyond rude with no kind of customer service training. there have been several instances where i've experienced this but today was it for me. i ordered a refill on a prescription about a week ago and was told it would be ready about two days ago, i just went today and it still wasn't ready. they told me it would be 15 minutes but when i got back home about 5 minutes later, i got a notification that it was ready. i wasted my time and energy having to back and make a long line at the drive thru AND there was no kind of apology or anything either. i will be changing my pharmacy because of this.
