Today I attended with my mother to give her her COVID vaccine and Alisha served us in a very sweet and kind way. She treated my mother with great politeness, my respects and congratulations to her and the Sunday pharmacy staff.People like her need stores because they seem to like their work ????

I'll echo all the comments about them not answering the phones and placing people on hold for hours. My doctor was calling to add a prescription, and they kept putting him on hold. Walgreens corporate needs to seriously look at this place.

Yesterday my husband, who has a flare of ulcerative colitis, received a prescription that was placed on this Walgreens farmacy which is the closest to home. The medication is an expensive one (with a copayment of 300$) that needed authorization from the insurance, I went to pick it up the tender told me that the medication was there but have to be approved by the insurance, once it happened (today at noon) I went again (6pm) and the tender said they had to “prepare” the medicine and asked me to come back in 1:30 hours, I came back at 8:30pm and they told me they needed another hour to “prepare” the medication, I complained and asked for a shorter wait time and he said I could wait just there. I took a seat thinking that it would be like 15-20 minutes but for my surprise after 5 minutes the boy told me the medicine wasn’t at the pharmacy at this time, that I should wait until Friday to get it… I can’t tell my disappointment… my husband is feeling really bad and those people seemed to be playing with others suffering… I asked to talk to the manager but was none on the shift, I talked to the pharmacist without any luck, he just apologized for his coworkers… I definitely not recommend this pharmacy , has been my pharmacy for many years but I’m not happy with this place anymore.

We have been waiting for 45 minutes for them to give us the vaccine. We have complained twice. The reason for our wait is that none of the people in the pharmacy want to give the vaccine.

The worst pharmacy in Miami, they put you on hold when you call them and after 47 minutes they hang up the phone. I would like a Manag to read this writing and take action. I am a sick person and I can never talk to the pharmacy employees and despite my complaints over and over again, nothing changes. Please, if anyone reads my comment and can give me some information superior boss I need the contact Or I will have my son speak English with a superior boss Because no one calls a pharmacy for pleasure and they stress me so much that my heart wants to explode. They have a lack of conscience, a lack of humanity. They work only to make money. They are not at all interested in the fact that we are sick people who need them.

This Walgreens is absolutely terrible. The pharmacy and the pharmacist are extremely rude. You are constantly on hold for over an hour, and when you do speak to somebody rather when you're barked at by somebody, they are not empathic nor patient. They cut you off and explain nothing, they never allow you to finish a thought that might help them guide you to an answer. They expect everyone to know exactly the way a pharmacy and prescriptions work. Do not come here, and make sure if you do, be honest about your reviews.

My complaint is about the pharmacy, everything is a problem, I have called several times and they take a long time to respond and they do not solve the problem, I ask that they send the medicines to my house because I have difficulty walking and they do nothing, I call to talk to the main manager of the store and they do not answer the phone, conclusion: they are a disaster ?

I don't know what happened to this pharmacy. This used to be my go to pharmacy. Never a long line they handled customers well. Don't get me wrong the staff is good and handle customers well but The pharmacy section Is miss managed. Now every time I go to the pharmacy section there is a huge line. This all changed about 7 months ago. Not sure if it is a change in management Or what customer service is still good but always a long line at pharmacy it's a shame was much better about a year ago

I've been waiting for my meds in the drive thru for 20 minutes and that's not counting the amount of time I was waiting in line for my meds. Going inside to get your meds isn't any better. The line inside is huge. They definitely need more personnel working the pharmacy.

Llame a esta farmacia para saber de los ingredientes de un medicamento que me mandan cada vez que termino la quimio terapia, soy paciente de cáncer y siempre me mandan un medicamento que en todas las farmacias no hay los ingredientes para hacerla, llamo y me sale alguien de nombre Francis Ferrera , con muy mala actitud y muy mala forma porque dice que fuéramos que tiene muchas personas en la línea, me parece que no era la forma de tratar a un cliente! Y uno no tiene culpa de que hallan muchas personas en línea, yo espere 30 minutos a que me contestaran y no proteste.
