Leave on hold on the phone for forever. They tell you one moment. As if you have time to sit on the phone. It take them 1 minute to answer the phone and address your question. They NEED to be trained in how to properly answer phones. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This Walgreens pharmacy is terrible they don't answer at all they keep you on hold forever they even hang up on you terrible attitudes.

Good Walgreens right near by and staff is friendly and never had an issue coming here. Clean and organized and right on 186th street down south.

Well, I was trying to knock off a few items from my to do list and one of them was getting my passport photo. So naturally, I checked the US.gov website to check what is an acceptable photo. I dropped by Walgreens to get my photo taken. As soon as I smiled for my photo (natural expression) the clerk told me I couldn't smile. I explained to her that smiling on a passport photo is allowed according to travel.state.gov website. The government site clearly gives examples of what's acceptable. She informed me their system will reject it and I can't smile. Well...I don't want to get stuck with a mugshot for 10 years. So if you want a decent passport with a natural smile...don't go to Walgreens "because their system won't allow it" I've added a screenshot of what is acceptable according to the government passport website. Unfortunately, I can't speak to the quality of passport photos provided by Walgreens because I left. Not the clerks fault but sad that Walgreen's system is so limited/rigid.

They charge your credit cards without your permission and then they will charge you again when you send for pickup and then act like it was not done. I got two call in prescription and paid for it three times once from my bank and twice with cash. Can't trust because it has happened twice now.

Very rude pharmacist Antonia and lack of professionalism .I felt so bad and she was so rude to me .I went to get my COVID vaccine for the first time and she practically barked at me for not having an appointment .I work in the healthcare business myself and this behavior is not ok .People have to be more compassionate and less rude !!!!!!!! We all have problems and issues and that is not an excuse to be rude !!!

Wait is forever! I walked inside thinking it would be faster but waited over 20 minutes with only 2 people ahead of me. Three cars were helped at the drive-thru though. Plus an older man working in the store first said something at the front of the line and then walked down the line saying something in Spanish. I asked him what he was saying because I don't speak Spanish and he rudely replied that he wasn't talking to me. The older women working the register in the pharmacy was pleasant at least.

If I could give 0 stars- I would. This is the absolute slowest drive thru I have ever seen. Each car is about 10-15 minutes. They really need to have someone dedicated to the cars, rather than both cars and counter. I was discharged from hospital, not wanting to walk inside- and had to wait 30 minutes for my meds. Absolutely ridiculous. Will definitely go to CVS from now on.

THE MOST LAZIEST STAFF EVER!!!! I can't find anything...the baby aisle is a disaster.... needs change of management due to lazy managers just on the phone and talking crap!

El dia 20 de diciembre estuve a recoger un medicamento,era la primera vez que lo compraba,por lo que ignoraba algunas cosas,(el precio por ejemplo),me atendio Jose en la farmacia,tengo que decir que recibi de su parte un trato extraordinario,una orientacion y ayuda excelente. Felicito a la tienda por esta contratacion. Jose,no cambies tu manera de atender al publico,los clientes siempre valoramos la sonrisa,el buen trato y una cara amigable.
