If I could leave a hundred zero stars it wouldn't be enough. The pharmacy staff lacks common courtesy and empathy. The staff needs to be educated on sensitivity. This pharmacy needs to be closed permanently.

My insurance added Walgreens back to our pharmacy network January 2024. I went to this walgreens a week ago after a tooth extraction. The lady in drive through told me that they don't take my insurance (AVMED) and that I needed to go to CVS. After I got my script filled in record time at CVS, I called AVMED and they confirmed that Walgreens is indeed a part of my network. Guess she didn't know how to access the information. Not going to this store again. Horrible.

Don’t list your hours starting at 8am when you’re not offering services at 8am. It’s currently 8:12am & still nothing. This Pharmacy always fails me.

The only reason why I didn’t give a 1 is at least they acknowledged me when I was standing there. Everyone was late. Learn to be professional and on time for your customers.

This place is a joke. Pharmacy is terrible. Some of the workers are clueless and don’t pay attention in the pharmacy. They charged me cash price for something that ended up being covered by my insurance and they never answer the phone.

I called and asked if I could get my passport pictures here, they said yeah but not after six..ok fine. I showed up two days later at 5:30 and I asked the young lady with really short hair dyed blonde chunky girl if I could take my passport picture and she gave me a bothered look on her face and said not at the moment.. I told her someone over the phone said I could take my picture before 6. Then she rolled her eyes and had this bothered vibe of not wanting to do anything, grabbed a camera and just pointed at the wall. It’s crazy to me how people apply for these jobs, get hired and then act like they don’t want to be there or help you. They just want to stand there do nothing and get payed. She had no name tag on, but if you go there you’ll know who she is. She’s gets real friendly with the girls but not with the guys.
