Walgreens and the manager of this location should be ashamed. Filthy parking lot, unprofessional staff, dirty store. Possibly the worst Walgreens in America.

If I could give zero stars I would! This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever visited in my life! Terrible customer service incompetent staff and the wait time is unbearable please do yourself a favor and never visit this pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever, they aent my prescription incorrectly to the insurance, thanks to that, it was an issue for it to be covered the second time (which it wasn’t thanks to walgreens). The attention is always very deficient, there is a big language barrier for english speakers. When i tried to explain the situation they tried to make me and the insurance guilty, it was the pharmacy. And this is not the first time, really this is the Walgreens with the worse customer service ever. I will be changing pharmacies after this, a big disappointment

Got some toilet paper in here and some snacks during the whole covid situation. Store was pretty neat and well put together. Would definitely buy from here again if I'm around that area to buy Haitian food ??

I have been to many pharmacys over the years but this has been the best place they take care of you any way they can bensy myrta and the main doc are simply awesome

Aktyalizasyon: Cashier lady with big eyelashes is turning this store into a ghetto fabulous disaster. Keeps on loudly announcing racist remarks about immigrant customers. Great for her to be immersed so much into her American black culture from the north, but Little Haiti isn't a place for it. Here No one is better or worse than others! We are all immigrants here living side by side for decades and no one thinks/talks like her here. I would highly recommend to avoid this Walgreen and instead go to Haiti99 and Bravo across the street to get respectful LOCAL customer service. I hope corporate retrains or fires this employee otherwise I and my neighbors will not be coming back. I already posted her lack of customer service in local groups. Also clearance and sale prices don't reflect on your receipt here. Check receipts before leaving. Dealing with her attitude is a nightmare. She gets aggressive and visibly triggered by being around people with accents or who look different than her. Other employees can be helpful at times, but after seen her behavior for a week, visiting isn't worth it when a much better customer service is at Bravo and Haiti 99 next door. They don't hire people who don't respect this community.

I asked to print out paper , very politely
Of course I got dirty look and answer that they are out of
Paper , which I can see they have it .
Bathrooms out of order .

Horrible customer service. Discrimination against local immigrants. UM Health shouldn't associate with this location! Cashiers with southern accent are also very rude. Security is friends with criminals and lets then inside.

New rude American lady cashier with glued eyelashes is always aggressive to local white and Haitians immigrants. On the other hand this store has a few very helpful Haitian/Latino men employees, but she ruins it all by trying to start arguments even when other employee is already helping a customer. Watch you receipt before leaving the store too, this store is always overcharging or not applying your coupons. Everyone knows about Pharmacy here already. Never come here for prescriptions. I can't believe U-Health is partnered with this insane mess. Security lets crazy criminals in and jokes with them, so does the employee with fake eyelashes. God forbid you try to dispute charges or do returns with female employee with glued eyelashes. Stay away!
