I've been here a handful of times because I work in the area. The pharmacy staff needs a serious adjustment both in service and general attitude.There's always upset folks in their waiting area and the general attitude is careless. Sorry not sorry.

I have nothing but good interactions with the employees and service here. It's located in a convenient location, albeit sometimes tricky to get in and out. No real complaints

My husband and I used to come here weekly, until we checked out with this old, Latin version of a "Karen." Aunt Flo just visited so I wanted wine and chocolate. She refused to sell us wine. He provided his (he's 45) and I showed the Flordia Smart ID showing I was 33. She didn't care and blamed "policy". Please have all your employees updated on technology and apps bc if I can use Smart ID at the airport, I should be able to use it at Walgreens.

1. Don’t even try the drive through … no one is ever there 2. Pharmacists are extremely rude at that location. I have been going there for a few months now! And always gets the same refills monthly, from the same provider …. And the last time, they hadn’t received my prescriptions order, due to my provider’s mistake. They randomly assumed I went to the wrong location, they even told me to “go get my prescription somewhere else because they’re out of stock anyway”. Besides that - Store is clean and Walgreens staff is great!

Very very very slow Walgreens. I go to this Walgreens because it's the closet to me but even with horrible traffic I can make better time going to the other Walgreens. I think one of the ladies at the counter is so nice and I feel bad but their pace and slowness is a problem.Pharmacy a complete other issue. Don't get your meds sent here.!!!

I have mixed feelings about this location. The pharmacy is usually a great experience. I go through the drive thru and though theres usually a line, it does move quick. Well to me anyways. Inside, the store is always clean. Very well presented. I havent had any staff members be rude to me. I have encountered being harassed by another customer and the cashier didnt do anything about it. Just stared. But hey . Ive honestly encountered some weird people inside and outside this location. Still better than the one across the street. I used the curbside pick up option for this location and it was great. The system they have in place is really good.

PHARMACY STAFF IS RUDE AND DOES NOT CARE!!! I recently moved here and needed to transfer my prescriptions to a pharmacy close by, I unfortunately chose this Walgreens. I had accidentally gave them an expired Insurance card. When a pharmacy member, who was training a new employee, realized this he vocally in front of me told the other guy how "see it wasn't even our fault it wasn't working, next time if this doesn't work just send the customer away and tell them to figure it out" and "you would've never figured this out because she gave you the wrong info". I then gave him the right card where he was telling me the information was "wrong" again. This time I knew I had the right card and told him to keep trying all while he was insistent that I was wrong. After awhile he finally puts my info in and it works and he says "oh yeah we don't take this insurance, you have to go somewhere else". The customer doesn't come first, there. I'll never use a Walgreens pharmacy again after this.

The worst customer service I ever experienced. I've been to many Walgreens and have never been talked to this way. As I was shopping for a dry shampoo I accidentally sprayed the product and immediately was yelled at by the representative in the cosmetic check out. She said and I quote " Excuse me don't be spraying the product." I attempted to placed the product back on shelf when all of a sudden in a aggressive tone was told by the representative "Don't put in back on the shelf. You sprayed it didn't you? So you now need to give it to me." I nicely walked over to her from the aisle I was in and handed it to her. I highly recommend that Walgreens does a customer service training on how to properly treat their customers. So that they may continue to have returning business. I for one will never come back to this Walgreens. Beware!

The employee who worked the photo area was so rude and unprofessional. I'm so confused how an older person, and one I would consider an elder, could be so mean when I was polite and asking for help. No reason to treat people this way regardless of who they are. So close to my house but never going again.

Pharmacy horribly understaffed, long lines, poor customer service. Used to use Walgreens for everything, but this place is terrible.

Good service, good stuff variety. The last night over there, a kind man got food for a homeless man, who got in the store and the elegant and kind guy invited him to get whatever he wanted that action was so great, blesses for him... enjoy the wine cheers
