VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I came in this pharmacy to confirm I’m in their system because I live in Georgia 11/6th/23 because I was getting meds post surgery 11/7/23. I was told yes I’m in the system & my current address is in the system. I sent my daughter to fill my prescription 11/7/23 & she was MY CURRENT RESIDENCE WAS NOT IN THE SYSTEM SO POST SURGERY I HAD TO GO BACK TO WALGREENS & I WAS told MY CURRENT INFO WAS INDEED IN THEIS SYSTEM & then had to WAIT 15 more minutes in PAIN!!! They ARE LAZY & DO NOT WANT TO DO THEIR JOBS CORRECTLY! SHAME AAON THIS STORE THEY ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!! And unprofessional !

Very busy area but it was close by. I need to use a printer and forgot to buy paper so I ran in quickly to buy a pack. Staff was friendly. It's on coral way so lots of traffic but it was convenient at this time.

The people at the counter treat you like if they were doing you a favor and if you call after 8 pm they will not pick up and will leave you waiting till closing then they disconnect you.

This week I’ve gone to the pharmacy three times to get my preventative asthma medication. Every time theyve told me that the medicine will be there in 2 days or the next day. Now I have ran out of my medication and I am supposed to take it every day.The lack of proper training/accountability of the pharmacy techs in this location is unethical and dangerous. Please do a better job of training your pharmacy techs.

This pharmacy has always been outstanding for me. Tonight was especially outstanding as I was out of medication for a while that I really needed the pharmacist. Stephen helped me out took care of me. Great service just great service. Thank you, Stephen.

Is so frustrating! The employees let the front bar unattended. If you call for information they let you on wait and even after 30 mins don't answer! This people is earning money literally not doing their job. They act like they are doing a favor and people go there because are sick, need medicines not candies. Is so depressing to see how low the attention to the client have gone in this country. You all are pathetic!

got a text and a call after going through the drive through that my medicine was ready. had to go to dinner-drove by only to be told that it was given to somebody else.called to complain-the pharmacist got on the phone and stared YELLING AT ME. I've been waiting for over two weeks for this medication and was told the other patient needed it more.unprofessional, unethical and incompetent.would give zero stars if I could,

The Worst experience on a Walgreens ever. Besides the fact that is dirty the cashiers are slow and have no ability to make any decisions nor speak up. Beware of customers they cut in line are savages. and the manager let all this happen. Safe yourself headaches dont go there.

Absolutely the most frustrating and upsetting pharmacy out there. No one answers the phone, you'll be on hold for about 2-3 hours only to be hung up on. Everyone there is rude and seems annoyed someone would call to find out status of their prescription. They ran all the mom and pop pharmacies out of town so they have no competition and can treat everyone like shitte

This has to be the worst Walgreens pharmacy on the planet. Maybe worst pharmacy on the planet. Extremely difficult to work with. Be prepared to spend long periods of time on the phone trying to sort out your prescriptions. I hate that it is so close to home so I end up using them.

The worst experience ever, needed to return a product (Original receipt, item intact, payed cash, in the same store purchased) they refuse to give me my cash back without a ID or PASSPORT. The most ridiculous situation ever. La peor experiencia de todas, necesitaba devolver un producto (recibo original, artículo intacto, pagado EFECTIVO, comprado en la misma tienda) se negaron a devolverme mi dinero por que debía presentar identificación o pasaporte. La situación más ridícula de la historia, nunca mas regresare.
