The Walgreens at Care resource is an example of what customer service should be. I have been filling my prescriptions with them and I’m very satisfied. Jason, Gloria and all the other staff members are exceptionally professional. I really appreciate the way they take care of my needs .

They never ever answer the phone. I’ve been calling for weeks. Only they can understand the voice messages they leave. Drs get rid of you so fast that make you feel like livestock. Not to mention staff seems stressed and overworked. I checked their page and says their current CEO is retired but still the CEO? Profit profit profit first not people

I had the worst experience! I wanted to buy a prescribed shampoo, and it took so long to get it to me. I waited 15 min and nothing happened, i asked them nicely them to give me the item since i was running late to work. The lady didn’t care but she called me 3 minutes after i left to let me know that the prescription was ready. No respect for the customer! Only 3 people were inside the pharmacy

When I first started getting my scripts there they were great now I’m on hold for 45 min to an hour when I call my scripts take 2-3 days to fill. The service here has gone down A LOT. I’m considering going to another pharmacy just because they don’t answer phone calls or get my meds to me on time
