I’m extremely satisfied with the customer service from Kai, Henry, and JayZ during my Volvo S60 purchase. They made everything smooth and stress-free, handling every detail with ease and making sure the process was as quick as possible and up to what I liked.
Because of their outstanding service and patience , I’m definitely sticking with Volvo and already looking forward to buying my next one soon! Highly recommend this team!

Both very rude , very entitled personality’s .. weren’t helping me at all ,( recorded my whole experience , will be posting on multiple platforms where I have large following . ) completely denied my car .. even tho I paid a whole 4,000 extra for Volvo extended warranty . Keep calling to complain to higher up position , keep getting hung up on . This location is a joke-
- LOL you needed to check my battery after I visually showed you my battery was fine with papers . You guys were discriminating me from the moment I said I had carmax warranty . Private owned clowns is what this established should be called . Discrimination of a 22 year old young lady .

Not recommended.. Carlos and his manager Cesar. Unprofessional. We went with an extended warranty that we had purchased. They didn't want to help... they had little desire to work. They just told us to go to another dealer.. really very disappointed.

Kai was an amazing car salesman to work with! He was so helpful throughout the entire process and answered all my questions along the way. He delivered my car and even returned my previous car that was not a volvo. I will continue to buy Volvos in the future!

It was my first time buying with Volvo, but for the very first time you can tame the level of costumer service and great knowledge of their team, I was looking for an XC40 and they ended up upgrading me to an XC60 for and amazing rate, Zuly was very transparent and honest during the negotiation process, she drove the conversation in a respectfully manner and willing to sit on the table and work on the clients needs. I will recommend this place with my eyes closed, and Volvo earn a loyal family in one transaction.

I had a sign of low pressure in the tires and made a comment about a noise . Victor was of great help on the phone line , he did a great job ! Even though I had to go in twice I felt as i was the only customer . They solved the computer problem and returned a checked car with all updated ! GREAT SERVICE !
