One star there inventory is great but need to have employee that know something about products I have been there 3 time I always call ahead and always the same thing no we don't have it we don't carry that and it always Maria Strike one was some amino acid they were out they only get delivered on Thursday (no clue what that met) after driving to Aventura i decided to stop at dolphin mall wow not only was Maria there they had 8 bottles2nd strike needed vitamin D3 Maria basically same story3rd strike was the best called for a product SST support lean sleep you could image no no don't have it. I decide to drive into the store wow lord and behold there an incap with all there product and 4 bottle of what I was looking for go to the register and Maria is a fat burning expert but she doesn't stop talking about fat burners. I tell I'm the gentleman that called 15 min ago and that she told me she didn't have it and there 4 I bought 2 and now your a fat burner expert but don't know what you have in store I just walked out because I have learn you can't argue with some people even if you tell them over and over I just going to start ordering via web

Bad attention. The saleswoman (Venezuelan, to be specific) practically kicked us out of the place, because supposedly only one person could enter (there were 3 of us), without there being a notice to warn us. That's understandable, but it wasn't enough for that lady to be so rude and loud. Not recommended.

Horrible attitude and poor customer service.I was in the store ignored by two male staffs and one female staff. The female staff didn’t even bother herself to give a glance at me when I was roaming around the store and trying to search for products. First male staff approached me after a while. I showed him a picture and he said they don’t have, then he turned his back to me. I tried to search the second kind of vitamin by myself again, after another few minutes I kept on looking at them to seek for help, finally the second male staff asked me if I am okay. I said I need help and showed him the second picture, again they don’t have, and immediately he left. We played more than ten minutes hide-and-seek in this small shop. I counted only nine sentences they talked including “no” “no we don’t have”“the price is half of this one” “pay cash?” and so on.It was a very unpleasant experience. The staffs were not able to recommend similar products when the specific items are not available. Horrible attitude and poor customer service.

You can calmly go shopping for the supplements you need, and you will find specialized personnel willing to provide you with information and advise you on what you are going to choose. Very good attention and very professional. Congratulations

I was there on 1/14/2017 at 9.pm the two guys in the store were texting on thier phone and people walking in and out , and they did not bother to ask the clients if they can help them, i felt like i was on a zoombi store, horrible service
