Went to pick up my glasses yesterday & they are perfect ?. I've been a longtime Visionworks client for Optical services & glasses for many, many, many years. Their products, sales & customer service is top notch. This is why I'm a longtime client. I want to send a special thanks to Rachel, the Optical Supervisor, for the excellent customer service she provided to me & other customers in the store. She was very patient, informative & professional when ordering my glasses. She also assured they fit and were perfectly made when I picked them up. Also, thanks to Gabriel, an Optical Supervisor, for contacting immediately once my glasses were ready for pick up. As well, thanks to Tony, the General Manager, for assisting me with the checkout process. I'm very grateful to everyone for your assistance & professionalism. I am in love with my glasses ?. I highly recommend Visionworks to anyone of any age.

From start to end the staff is very nice and attentive. I was relieved to see the type of care and detail Dr. Alice gives to her patients, finally found a doctor where you don't feel like just a number.
Gabriel was very helpful at helping me select the right frame for me and the best deal.
They have a real nice selection of frames and sunglasses.

Very good service from all the workers, especially at the front desk, I had problems with insurance coverage and they made all the calls to resolve my situation. They dedicate all the time you need to help you. They have good offers and promotions on eyeglasses. You can make appointments or go without appointments. I recommend it. Excellent work. Thank you.

In every visits I did to Visionworks I received very kind and professional attention, employees showed a strong knowledge of their work, they were very patients, they are very god listeners of our requirements and explaining all possible available options. I would like to mention in my last three visits the excepcional attention received from Tony, who always receives us with smile and in my last visit, the invaluable attention received from Blanca. Thank you so much for the great job that you do every single day.
