All the staff was pleasant, and Dr. Payne was professional and pleasant as well. My son gets anxious with most medical exams (he's autistic), but everybody was patient with him. I also go here for my glasses, and it's always been a breeze for me. I highly recommend them

Ms Ortega and Ms Matos are excellent, very professional. So helpful . I have no much time now but as a summary I can say that they always show empathy to their customers . That is why I keep the same store for years . Even though I live far away . I appreciate all they do for us .

The staff who suppose to help you with your glasses, were completely dismisses and rude. I waited patiently for someone to help me , nobody even acknowledge that I was there and the store was nearly empty. They were totally unprofessional and rude. I have to many options for me to spend my money with them. Never Again !!!!

I have been going to this store for many years and I have always had a grate experience! Everyone is polite, knowledgeable, and ready to help. The store manager Aileen and Yani are grate!
I witnessed a customer being rude to the desk person on the back area, and she handled it very professionally, she deserves a 10.
I will recommend this place to everyone looking for good service. ???and good product
