Visionworks near the Falls offers amazing customer service!
True story: I had a 2pm appointment for my annual eye exam. I arrived early, around 11:17am, hoping for tgat some had cancelled. Within 5 minutes, I was called for the exam and seen by Dr. Payne no more than 10 minutes after my exam. I was done within a hour! Friendly staff, clean environment, polite Dr, great service. Great experience!
The vision works; and there's No pain with Dr. Payne!

Dr. Pardinas is an amazing eye doctor. She is very thorough and explains everything very well. No other doctor has ever explained my refraction like her. She’s such a smart doctor. The whole staff is very friendly. They have a huge variety of glasses. I would give them a score of 10/10. Will definitely come back for my yearly eye exam and will bring my friends and family here. Everybody was very respectful, very welcoming and very nice.

I've been a client of Visionworks (Bird and SW 67 Ave) and the optometrist there for well over 20 years and there's a reason, I'm never disappointed with the level of service, quality and selection of the products offered, from contacts to glasses, and their fair prices.
This last visit did not deviate from my past experiences and I thank all involved, from the dr that attended me to Alain who conducted the testing and completed the transaction.

Lady who helped me at the store was knowledgeable and friendly. I had a problem with the lenses in my glasses and she immediately knew what the situation was. We had a good laugh about it. She corrected the mistake and then sold me a pair of sunglasses. She explained what each of the add-ons was to the lenses and if I didn't want it she was okay with that. She looked up my previous records and had a lot of information about me and my glasses at her fingertips. It was a positive experience and I'll probably return there next year for an hour upgrade

It was very frustrating and disappointing visit. I feel upset after waiting for almost an hour only to be informed that the doctor had already left. Additionally, the lack of an apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience by the receptionist likely added to my frustration. It’s unfortunate that my time was wasted, especially considering that i had scheduled the appointment a week in advance and made time in my schedule for the visit. The overall unprofessionalism and lack of communication about the doctor leaving reflect poorly on the establishment and can understandably leave a lasting negative impression. It’s very important for business to respect their prospect client or clients time and communicate effectively when unexpected issues arise. My experience certainly does not reflect the level of service that one would hope for when visiting healthcare provider. it’s clear that this experience has left me with very negative perception of VISION WORK and OPTOMETRIST on Bird road, and it’s important for potential future customers to be aware of your experience. it’s unfortunate that i had to go through this, and i hope that my feedback can help the establishment improve it’s operations and customer service experience.
