Vision works on bird 67. Appts mean nothing. An hour past my appt time and here I sit. About to walk out. Still someone yet ahead of me. There is no excuse for this. Lousy customer service

I agree with all the yelp reviews that gave Dr. Jorge Garcia 5 stars! Here's another review from me. Dr. Garcia has a professional demeanor he is everything you would except and more. He has been the most knowledgeable Eye Dr. I've met. I'm not easy and he made me feel comfortable and secure. I can now see near and far sided with my new contacts he suggested! No more reading glasses!! Thank you so much!! Can't wait for my follow up

Dr. Garcia is very professional and pleasant, a cut above the rest. Store associates are always ready to help and make you feel appreciated. Love the place!

The optician does not meet the promised dates for the delivery of the glasses, which are prescription glasses that people need. In my case, my son needed them for school. Additionally, they charge the entire bill in advance and do not offer the service. The money remains in Visionworks' account and not its clients'. I do not recommend it.

Terrible customer service. I've been going here for about 2 years and the customer service has decreased throughout the years. Unorganized staff, they do not communicate within their team, and they've lost track of my insurance information twice. I do not recommend this location.

Unfortunately I can't recall her name, but the associate who helped me today (11/5) around 2pm was amazing! Such great service! When I used to live in Miami I had my care here and always received good care. Now that I was just coming on a short trip and had a little emergency with my contacts she literally saved me! I cannot recommend this place enough! Thanks!!

This review is about Dr. Jorge Garcia O.D. As a 61 year old woman who has been wearing eyeglasses for at least the last 30 years, during which I've interacted with many optometrists, Dr. Garcia is the first O.D. in all that time who actually educated me about the state of my eyes, explaining beyond just my prescription what's going on with my eyes.For instance, he pointed out that my eyes are extremely dry. He asked me on my first visit to him in December 2022 something like, "Don't your eyes feel grainy?" Although I said no at the time, I nevertheless belatedly at his recommendation, after my second visit in July 2023, started taking some high quality omega three capsules, and he was right! After a few weeks taking omega 3, just going about my normal day, it occurred to me that my eyes felt kind of slippery, and that's when I realized that my eyes had been scratchy and dry for years. He also recommended some eye drops which I also bought and will start taking soon. My point is that he is extremely dedicated about helping patients and trying to help improve the health of our eyes. He is independent of Visionworks but kudos to them for having an association with Dr. Garcia at this location.He also takes patients super seriously. When I showed up in July only 6 months after my last visit, he was very surprised and asked why I was there. I told him that something was wrong with my vision, and he listened to me, and validated my concerns after doing a thorough exam. My astigmatism in both eyes had in fact worsened, my prescription changed, and my cataracts had progressed, all in the previous half year. I needed a new prescription and did in fact proceed with getting new glasses through Visionworks.Apologies for the length of this review, but Dr. Jorge Garcia is hands down and by far the best optometrist who has ever treated me. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a serious medical professional to take their eye health seriously. He treats patients so respectfully. I cannot say enough about him. I don't even live in Miami, but I will always schedule an appointment with his office when I'm visiting family there.

After a couple of years, I decided to go back to this store to orden a new grasses under my vision insurance and with the same prescription at the system; 2 weeks later the glasses are ready for pick-up. BUT I TRIED AND IT WAS WRONG. Again, they make a wrong prescription in my glasses. This is the second time with the same issue.This is my fourth week, and the glasses are steel in the processing.I will not recommend this place at all.

The staff and Doctor were very friendly professional and accommodating. Dr Garcia explained everything and went above and beyond with the service.I won’t hesitate to come back for another appointment.

My visit today was exceptional. Dr. Jorge Garcia is a GREAT doctor, knowledgeable and profesional. I was seen exactly at my appointment time. I have been a patient of Dr. Garcia for over 3 years and he has been the best eye doctor I have been to. I highly recommend him.

The service is impeccable. Everyone who works there is so kind and willing to help with any eye needs. I am from Arizona, and this Visionworks makes me want to move here for their incredible treatment and service.

This has been the worst experience as my parents and I were loyal customers and this last visit they charged us $980 in error and according to them the funds were refunded. It’s been over a month and we have not received our refund for the amount that was mistakenly processed. We have been in the office more than three times trying to solve this issue and the response is always “we already called corporate and refund department” yet we haven’t received our money back. For your own sake I do not recommend this place, they steal your money and on top of that charge you the incorrect amounts

My experience there has been very good. I've always dealt with Jennifer who always treats me and my family like her own. Dr. Garcia has great a personality and is very thorough with his examination. I have no complaints.
