Called and asked what wash process they use to ensure it is paint-safe, and they hung up on me lol.
Edit: I appreciate your response. I stopped by to observe the crew and saw them using one wash bucket, and then using the same mitt on the top and bottom portion of the vehicles.
I would be interested to know more about the products you use that keep the paint safe from contaminants. Typically, a two-bucket system is necessary to minimize this damage.
Upgrading to 3 stars due to the response, which I appreciate. I will give it a try when I’m back in Miami.

Everything went smoothly! It was my first time there and they were quick and polite every step of the way. Mario helped me and he did an amazing job at cleaning my car inside and out. No complaints!

I have been to MANY car washes in miami & broward. This has to be hands down one of the best ones yet. For the price ($20) they do an amazing job. Please do not come here if you're in a rush, they take their time to make sure your car is 100% clean. I have a dog who sheds a lot and they vacuum every single hair! ( no joke) all the staff is very nice & the manager always has everything under control. Its hot, outdoor & a little tight. But hey, you're here for the car wash! 100% recommended

Average place, Nothing special in it. Customer service is friendly and welcoming, I can not say anything good or bad about this place. Checkout was quick and easy. Place is really clean and they are taking a good care of it. Prices are okay. I just received a free 16oz soda for checking in. I will be back to see what will be my next experience. (They are taking cash only, Which is really bad in my opinion for place like this.)
