Ordered a prescription from here and by the time I got to the bottom of the solution, I noticed a black spec/bug/contaminant at the very bottom. They refused to replace it because it was outside of some arbitrary 30 day window despite me not reasonably being able to finish the medicine at that time. I now have to throw out the rest of the prescription due to their negligence and demanding I pay for another one to correct their mistake.

Had a good experience at Village Pharmacy. They sent several reminder texts about pending prescriptions. Picked up my prescription quickly & without any issues. I do see why people complain about how long they take to answer phones but it’s a small business so it can be expected since they have less people working. It was nice to try a local family-owned pharmacy for a change!

Had a great first experience here. The pharmacist that helped me was kind, quick and efficient. They had a medicine that no other pharmacy nearby had. The only issue was that without health insurance the medicine was very expensive and I couldn’t use any coupons from apps like good Rx. But in the end I dealt with the high price for this month at least. They were just so kind I wanted to give them business. Thank you!

Good morning, I have posted a while ago a review on this pharmacy, I deleted it because the manager call me and ask me to delete please because it effects him that he will fix my issue and help me. Unfortunately it still kept happening. I had big issues since I started with this pharmacy with delivery, staff wrong information. I give some details they use to insure me they had the medication and was going to be delivered, then when I calls because I didn’t receive it they say they didn’t had it , when they supposed have check and they say they did had it, then with delivery didn’t come when they had too could find my house things like that . Also one time they send me the wrong dos when it has been change , always wrong and a back and forth with them very bad customer service. Also when the manager contacted me say I know the medication you have they have it in CVS if that is better, I’m another word we don’t need you here very rude. Well thanks god I change pharmacy it was too much things with this pharmacy. I really don’t recommend it .

Incredible customer service! Ladies in the front are beyond amazing and Sydney is also phenomenal. Great staff. I was able to get all my medications on time as promised.

They sent my link to fill my scripts at 5:30pm Tues even though i called at 4:20 and they said "give us 15 minutes". Then when i called the following afternoon to check on the status, they said, "since you paid after 6pm Tues it wouldn't be delivered until Thurs." If you have prescriptions for pain or antibiotics don't use this pharmacy's delivery service. You may be better off ordering from Amazon or another chain pharmacy close to you. Why would I have to wait two days when you could have told me up front? So that I could fill my script elsewhere.After looking at the reviews about delivery i can't help but think they are scamming our insurance companies. Otherwise, why would they pay them to deliver our meds at their leisure, instead of expeditiously? #Greed #whatcustomerservice #ohyourejustalittlesick #wedontsaveliveswejustworkhere
