The worst customer service at this location.unprofessional and don’t know their own merchandise.
I called about a specific item in a specific size and the employee said they had it. I asked multiple time to double check if it was for sure so I don’t have to drive 2 hours because that was the closest boutique to me.
Upon arrival on the following day 2 ladies who were working at the boutique told me they never had the item i was looking for in the size i was looking for.
Never going back again to that store.
Ball Harbor boutique has better selection and sizes and customer service is amazing.

Super great service! Jackie the Store Manager through Whatsapp was able to send me all the swim suit options related to my interest. She was very quick, diligent and made the purchase process seamless. She sent the payment link to my email almost inmediately. I was unable to pick up the purchase myself, she was kind enough to coordinate personally with the uber messenger to give him my purchase to bring it over to me. I can't speak well enough of this remote purchase! Top tier service Jackie!!
