“Great experience from start to finish, I brought my 15lb Cavachon to the Plantation location for teeth cleaning, able to save $50 instead of house visit. Our dog is a little anxious at vet, groomer, told she was shaking a little at first at HealthySmiles, but able to control well with towel wrap and able to complete teeth cleaning safely. Debrief at the end was excellent, Natalia took her time to show before/after pictures and some pictures during cleaning. She explained plaque/tartar buildup and how to brush teeth at home and prevent buildup in the future. They told me that we can consider calming treats or sedating oral medication in the future visits, but our dog did great. Highly recommended! :)”

“I took my cat around 6PM as she had been throwing up and not eating. I felt very supported by staff and appreciated the vet going over my options and my cats results thoroughly. I went in as an anxious cat mom and left with peace of mind my cat was going to be okay. The vet, techs, and reception staff were all very kind and helpful. “Dr. L is one of the best out there! She is compassionate and truly cares about every animal that comes in. My JRT had been having some strange episodes of losing his balance and Dr. L along with vet tech Macey, were amazing. It is obvious they love what they do! The medication they provide her with to give at home made her so mellow and they handled her with so much care and helped her feel as safe as possible, making it such a smooth visit! I wish I could put into words the the immense gratitude I feel for Doc, Sue and his entire staff. He has SAVED two of my babies. When everyone else was ready to give up on my Japanese Akita due to seizures, Dr. Hardy saw he still had energy to fight and my boy is still here.
For my feline angel, I can’t yet talk about it since he left us about two months ago but the memory of him being cared for by Dr. Hardy, Sue, Katya and the beautiful team brings solace to my heart.
Dr.Hardy went above and beyond, more than I would expect from my own family. His humanity, kindness and the love he has for our fur babies is unmatched.

“Dr. Dominguez performed an anal sacculectomy on my dog, Topher, in January. He did a beautiful job and despite my dog being 15 years old, he recovered fantastically. I highly recommend him as a board certified surgeon. Topher recently passed away due to other causes, and wanting to send Dr. Dominguez a thank you gift, I called the clinic. Upon asking if the manager or Dr. Dominguez was in, I was deliberately hung up on immediately - not once, but twice. I feel like I should communicate this because if I was the business owner/manager, I would want to know.”

“One of our cats, Onyx, was suffering from an injection site sarcoma. This was caused by the carelessness of another Miami Beach veterinary clinic a few years ago.
We first brought Onyx in back in March, where he was correctly diagnosed. The condition is terminal.
On Oct. 17, we brought Onyx in for euthanasia. The professionalism and empathy shown by the staff was exemplary; Onyx passed peacefully.
Any pets that we get in the future are coming to Adams for their care. We wouldn't trust them with anyone else.”

“The staff was absolutely incredible. They made such a painful, stressful, and difficult situation so much easier. I could trust them with Maui and I was okay doing so. The wonderful lady in the front of the office with the glasses was so kind. I unfortunately cannot remember her name but I know her son and I have the same birthday on May 22nd! Our doctor was also phenomenal, I also apologize for being so overwhelmed I forgot her name as well. However, she has red hair and a really cool piercing, she was absolutely phenomenal and so kind. I have mostly dealt with Dr Lerner who has been very caring and is extremely knowledgeable, always able to explain everything and share a lot of information, which I value greatly. He was instrumental in properly diagnosing my cat with cancer, which allowed me to get him the proper treatment, saving his life. Dr. Mendez is very sweet and also very knowledgeable and caring. The entire staff is super friendly and responsive and their care is very personal, but always professional.”
