Super bad attention from the manager and very unprofessional to have that position, when he should give the best attention to new clients who want to change companies but since he is not the owner nor does he care about losing clients, he does whatever he wants, however he wants. win, super bad idea to go to this town

The manager is a negligent, rude Cuban, he does not know how to do his job, I think he is there just to be there, the owner of this town should consider, before giving a position, training the worker, my husband made an application and he invented a code that We could never decipher it except by guessing. Totally a disaster, for the manager if you see this, learn to work with the public, rude, abusive, impertinent with the public, you don't know how to work.The workers don't know anything, totally disgusting

Came in after speaking with Verizon to Return a phone and activate my old phone. The "Manager" enrique was completely disrespectful saying that since I didn't purchase the phone there I could not return it, so I argued saying Verizon sent me to this specific location to do what I needed. So off rip he was already moody and top of that he was wrong. I pulled my phone out started to record his aggressive and disrespectful attitude, I asked for me his last name , he would not share but he did offer me to wait for him outside because I guess he wanted to fight?! Tremendous manager handling this location, I think maybe he is in the wrong industry and needs to manage a boxing gym. Completely unacceptable and I also opened a case with directly with Verizon to Report you enrique. to bad I can't post the Video of you getting aggressive.

Horrible experience. The agent was mean, showing disdain to do her job. Obviously, due to the bad customer service, a misunderstanding arised. The manager (Carlos) was as bad a the agent to help on the matter. Fortunately, at the last minute, Verizon asked to talk to me (they were able to overheard on the phone that there was an issue) and they FIXED everything for me. But the store was HORRIBLE, the manager HORRIBLE. I have to say that another agent named "Lya" was the only one helpful on this matter even though that, because of the store policy, she could not do much. Again, VERIZON helped, the store did the opposite. STAY AWAY...

Pedro wasn’t able to assist us for giving a phone bill, and kept going away to a different customer to fix his phone cover while we waited for our chance to come and speak to him, his service and expertise is pathetic and unprofessional and unacceptable. Don’t go to him and this store if you need any assistance for your Verizon related problem. Customer service is disappointing to another level !

Horrible but extremely horrible service, I’ve been trying to return a simple apple watch and these people are the worse of the worse, I don’t recommend no one to come to this store, go to a Verizon corporate store so you can avoid the biggest nightmares of your life, I don’t regret at all calling corporate and filling a big massive complaint, hopefully they can learn how to take care of their customer, thanks to us that store is there, and there’s a reason why it’s there,

I had the worst experience, as well as my Friend! The sales man and sales lady were UNmotivated, NOT knowledgeable, and argued about promotions that are both on-line, and advertised on t.v.! So we both walked out! It's their loss of two customers and four lines! I'll go to Best Buy to get the service I'm used to (attended by professional and knowledgeable personnel)!
