Came to Vargas Tire Super Center to fix my break pads; Michael assisted us and was both helpful and very informative.
Customer Service is superb! Will come back for whatever auto needs we may have. :-)

Michael was definitely professional and efficient. Bought 4 new tires for the SUV, and called him to schedule an appointment to get them rolling. Next day, he was prompt and ready to go. He was done In a matter of no time and was very satisfied with his service. The rain didn’t even stopped him, that’s commitment!! I appreciate that, definitely recommended and referred!!

He was thorough and showed me everything I needed to know about the car issues. wasn't pushy and just fixed what he had to or what was most important. definitely coming back soon to take my car for service. I went last year in December.

So I called them up to make an appointment, everything seemed fine the first couple seconds. The moment I mention Groupon, this guy, who sounded Dominican, says "the shop is closed for business". And I was like how is that possible I JUST purchased the Groupon voucher. He was like " Well I have to find out how much you paid so I can figure out how much more I have to charge you if you do come by". I was trying to figure out whether or not they are a legitimate business because the person I was speaking to sounded as if he was trying to con me. Anyway, It's pretty evident, these guys are benefitting from having a Groupon quota. They don't actually care about you or your service. Typical shifty mechanics, just looking for an opportunity to up charge. Why even go through the headache of dealing with a bunch of half assed, low rent, run of the mill, back alley, price gouging con artists? No thanks, I rather not be lied to and seek a service with actual integrity, even if that means paying more elsewhere.

I was looking for a garage to change car's brakes and check a couple other things. I took a chance and it really paid of. Michael is very professional and don't have to fear dealerships overpriced services. Honest people here. I will definitely go back. Garage is nothing fancy but they really get the job done.

Update: One month after being swindled by Vargas the Freon has completely leaked out of my car, again. Will I be going back there to have them do it over? Hell no!!! The owner, Michael, is a total fraud/rip off. He told me I needed bring in three parts for my air conditioner system and quoted me $250 in labor to put in two parts and $290 to put in three parts, if it needed the third part. There was never an agreement for him to deviate from the estimate and work on repairing a 27-year-old compressor. I did not authorize that verbally or on paper but he claimer he fixed it, anyway. So consequently, he only did one unauthorized task, and ended up charging me $320 because I decided not to pay him in cash. Michael, I don't know whether you're aware of it or not but you are not allowed to charge sales tax on labor or charge extra if someone pays you by credit card. I found 2 remaining parts in the trunk of my car the next day. Once I found the parts in the trunk of my car that I was charged for; in labor., I decided not to have any more work done there because there is no trust anymore. Michael also lied to me and told me that he does not sub out his AC work but he did this time. Finally, Michael has no respect for other people's time. Over half the time he never answers his phone. He'll promise you a call back in 10 minutes and then won't call back until the next day. Or a promise to come pick you up in 10 minutes and it takes an hour. I would not recommend him. His positive reviews are probably all fake

Great service I need to change two tires on my car and I called in and got it done super fast. I arrived at 9am and mike was ready to go. In and out. He was very respectful and kind. also the price on the tires were the best I checked three other shops and they were way to high .Definitely going back. Highly recommended

Great Shop and Excellent Service!!!!! I had my two front struts and tires replaced in the same day (usually an overnight job) and checked for some engine leaks and noises as well. Michael is fast and reliable with great prices guaranteed. I highly recommend

I was driving on i95 and hit a pothole causing a flat (thanks miami). I went to Vargas Tire and Auto Repair and was greeted by a very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Mr. Vargas noticed a dent on my rim that would have caused further issues. He quickly changed my tire and went out of his way to fix my rim issue and all at a very affordable price! Seems like they go all out too keep the customer happy! Thank you for a great job done! I highly recommend these guys for anyone with auto tire or repair needs!
