When I went to pick up my things, the front door didn't work. It was 7 in the morning, the password didn't work. I had to walk around the block to use the back door. After all good.

Albert was amazing, super helpful, super fast, I made a mistake by ordering too small of a unit and he totally took care of me getting me a bigger unit, he was so nice and knew exactly what to do to make this customer day better, what a great asset he is to this business

Secure would never rent again there as half the time the code to enter the facility doesn’t work , had poor lighting and complained about both to have staff manager become rude and condescending with me .well kept facility . Situation caused loss time for my business and great deal of heartache . I had rented previously there when under different management and never experienced any difficulty .

I got a personal storage space at Value Store It, the smallest space was large enough for all my suitcases and then some. The guy that gave me the storage space at the reception was very helpful, his name is Alberto if you need assistance.
