I send out a payment on 07/05/2025 at this post office and they have not received it. The do date was 07/18/2025. And today's date is 07/21/2025 and they still haven't received it.

This post office truly sucks, they need to revamp the complete staff, the delivery people out of this branch can't read worth a damn, how hard is it to put in the right mail in the box, when the apt number is clear as day

My package was sent back to sender because the delivery man was too lazy to get down and leave at door ! I just received multiple package day before with no problems . Please re send items If I could give one star I would and the don’t answer the phone

There’s always just one worker handling everything. Today, I worked with Issac—he was very pleasant—but it doesn’t make sense that there are over ten people in line and only one person at the counter to service us.

These ppl should be replaced by now 😒 I never been to a postal office like this this is just unacceptable. I know ppl that hate their job but these ppl really hate their job. Somthing needs to be done ASAP

If you’re looking for a post office with nasty attitudes and people doing the bare minimum, not willing to be the least bit helpful, this is the office for you!
Update: package was mailed from this facility on a Thursday. Was supposed to arrive Monday, 2 days before Christmas. It’s now 2 days after Christmas, and it still has not arrived at its destination.
For context, I mailed additional, nearly identical packages from a facility in Miramar on the SAME DAY. Those packages arrived at their destination on Saturday. There is ZERO excuse that my family did not receive their package in time for Christmas. Just confirms the workers at this location are nasty, unwilling to help, or do their job efficiently.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

i had a really frustrating experience with USPS. the lady at the front desk during the closing shift was rude and unhelpful. she told me they wouldn’t release any packages for pickup unless the address on my ID was updated within 14 days. i’ve never heard of that rule, especially when it comes to forwarding mail, i mean are you going to have the address changed if you have it forwarded? and when i looked into it, i couldn’t find any official policy stating this. my address had already been updated online, just not on my ID because i had been traveling. she made me wait 30 minutes, only to tell me the package was in someone else’s truck. when i tried to give her my tracking number, she wouldn’t let me write it down. i’ve never dealt with such poor service at USPS before.

Awful the usps driver/worker did not deliver my package to my address and saying that it was scanned and drop at the front door this postal services is bad and do a horrible job would not recommend in the area on Martin Luther King Blvd.

I spent 40 minutes waiting in line with no AC while the one person attending people took all the time in the world just to offer horrible service and not even assist me with sending my package because she “didn’t have tape” in a POST OFFICE. It was absolutely ridiculous and I will never be returning, it’s a immense waste of time and makes me never want to use USPS again.

I'm absolutely pissed off at this place, they decided to been my house vacant, I'm still here. I go to complain in person and no an ID isn't good enough I need paper utility bills to prove I live here all because the mail person went durrrr it's empty
