I spent 40 minutes waiting in line with no AC while the one person attending people took all the time in the world just to offer horrible service and not even assist me with sending my package because she “didn’t have tape” in a POST OFFICE. It was absolutely ridiculous and I will never be returning, it’s a immense waste of time and makes me never want to use USPS again.

I'm absolutely pissed off at this place, they decided to been my house vacant, I'm still here. I go to complain in person and no an ID isn't good enough I need paper utility bills to prove I live here all because the mail person went durrrr it's empty

Very bad service, they don't deliver even letters, packages are lost, very bad service, someone should take better care of that place or they better close it if they don't want to work.

This place is ridiculous they always have one person working and I have packages missing from here it shows they took it to this facility and it’s a lie when I come in person to get my package it’s never here they say the carrier might have it it’s a lie they say give me ur info to look for the package and call u back it’s a lie which is never it’s all a lie I can’t stand this place I’m tired of having to call Amazon to get my full refund ! They’re stealing or misplacing packages here be very aware !!!!

Very unprofessional. I went in to speak with manager the clerk who has braids in a ponytail kind of on the elder side said I had to go through her to first and I’m explaining to her my situation is difficult I rather just talk to the manager. She insisted. I explained to her my situation she then went and got another clerk who was very rude and argumentative and getting loud.i asked the first clerk who I was speaking with for the persons name. Her response “ I don’t give out names” . They have very poor customer service skills. USPS needs to start checking people resumes to see if they have good customer service skills rather than just hiring someone because they need to fill that role.

I live in Canada and sent a tracked letter envelope to my mom who lives in Miami in an area serviced by this post office. My package was supposed to have been delivered on March 15, 2024. My recipient wasn't home at the time because after spending the whole day waiting for it, she finally had to go out (it was attempted to be delivered at 7:30pm which is much later than usual). I received a message from USPS that the delivery would be attempted again the next day and no action was needed. It did not arrive the next day. I called the customer service number and was told that my recipient (who is an elderly sick lady) had to go to this, her local post office to inquire about this. She did, and they could not help her as her mail carrier wasn't in at the time. I filed a service request with USPS customer service on March 19th. On March 20th my recipient received a call saying that her package would be delivered the next day on March 21. She waited around all day and - surprise, surprise! - nothing ever came. I called their 800 customer service number on March 22 and was finally told that the package was returned to sender (me)! I was never informed of this before, nobody communicated this. This package contained important time-sensitive material. We wasted a whole week going back and forth and waiting for a package that never arrived even though it was supposed to have been re-delivered on March 16. Hardly any communication and the resolution was to send it back to me instead of at least holding it at the post office branch where it could have easily been picked up?! Unacceptable! Even the customer service lady on the phone thought that was strange. Due to no fault of mine or this recipient, this package was not redelivered as it was supposed to and instead has been returned to me instead of being held at the post office, and now I have to spend money to mail it out again when I receive it. Mailing from Canada ain't cheap!

Rude rude rude people. Refused to take my box because it was a reused priority box. So usps won’t accept recycling. Terrible terrible.

Where to start i have been using this post office for many years.... one worker at the window and everyone else is walking around doing nothing... the lines are long the wait time range from 20mins to an hour no kidding... why is nothing being done to improve this post office... i can't say all but some of the workers at the window are obnoxious rude and have no integrity.... i am begging pleading there are people in the area that depends on this particular post office fix the issues look at the reviews and make a difference in the community.... very sad
