They really need to investigate this location. Horrible customer service! And they are ALWAYS closing before 5:00 p.m. which is obviously an inconvenience to customers!! The post office needs to do better!!!

Honestly, out of all the post offices that I have been, this one is pretty good. I didn’t have to wait in line too long and there’s plenty of parking spaces. I would definitely go here over the nearby buena vista one (usually pretty long wait and hard to find parking )

It is very sad to write this review but a must. months ago our company sent a priority envelope with important docs, story short, it got lost, now, a bunch of other envelopes with payments "got lost" again! this time, it ended up with fraud in the payments that were being sent. it's a shame!
I have to say that there is one older lady nice, I do not recall her name, the 2 "younger" ones are not nice.
It would be great for the neighborhood, great for the postal service, specially now with so much competition to do their best, but no, sadly is not the case here.
Many years ago, I and many people relied, I would speak positive about the postal service, those years are gone

Very bad attention, I needed help to change my address and it was necessary to speak in my Spanish language so that there were no errors and they do not speak Spanish, they do not have a translator, they talk about inclusion and those from the northwest are willing to be offended and want everyone to respect them and They are inclusive but they are not inclusive with the language, the worst service I have seen in Miami

Awful!! I mail two priority packages from this place, and that was 25 April 2024 , well it’s now 22 May and nothing,, and I have to pay $18 a piece to track my own packages,, the post offices here in Miami Florida is awful,, lines are always long here and there only one person always working.. I’m done with Allapattah post office

Horrible experience!!! There is only one lady working and it takes really long time. I waited for 1h and there are 10 people in front of me still. Never coming back.

I do business at this post office and the folks who work here are nice people. I have been serviced by this mailing facility since 2007, and there have been no instances when I was not treated professionally and with respect by any of the post clerks or mail delivery persons who deliver mails to my home mailbox?. All personnel at this Post Office must be commended for the excellent tasks they provide. It is with utmost enthusiasm I recommend, that they be granted an award ??.

Worst post office ever, I’ve been missing mail for the past 6 months, I’ve made complaints with no resolution, I’ve spoke to the manager face to face and over the phone and he’s done nothing !! I’m taking this to social media, I’ve had enough.
