This is by far the worst USPS location I have ever visited. The women at the counter don’t even look you in the eye, and it feels like they are doing you a favor just by acknowledging your presence. They interrupt you before you can finish speaking, refuse to listen, and their tone is consistently rude and dismissive.
Customer service here is nonexistent — instead of helping, they make the experience stressful and unpleasant. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. If you value your time and expect to be treated with basic courtesy, avoid this location at all costs.

Drove from hialeah gardens because on the website it said they took walk ins till 3pm when I arrived the employee said no this location is by appointment only. I drove 45min one way to get here. Post office are usually horrible but this one is the worse post office I’ve ever stepped in. I tried to tell her online it said walk ins till 3pm but she did not care. HORRIBLE

Came into this location today. The reviews nearly scared me away again. But, in I came and guess what?! I was met by the friendliest staff yet again! They were so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond and I was so grateful. Jean, Monae, and Trini… keep shining! It’s not lost on me.

I had a very pleasant experience at this office today, yes ,the building is ugly but the ladies at the counter were very helpful 👌 they helped me figure out a return I couldn't understand and pick the correct box, gave me my receipt and had a small chat,take this as an opportunity to learn English and expand your socialization opportunities.

Sadly this place is just really bad... And i hate to say this because it's my neighborhood. In understand English is necessary but we're in a predominantly spanish area.... I mean it's miami LITTLE HAVANA... The least these people could be is courteous. Most of the people who use the post office are the older generations whose english isn't their strongest skill. I think with patience and a bit more customer service training this place can make do. Sad to say as well, the place never has packaging available. :(

Reading these reviews all I see is a bunch of entitlement people. These workers are not the problem this is UNITED STATES OF “AMERICA” the first language is ENGLISH. Those 3 black ladies are hard workers every time I come to this office I see how the customers handle them it takes a lot of patience to deal with the customers they come across. Hats off to you ladies keep being great you are not the problem. Learn English ppl.

Just went in 05/10/2025 the system was done there were three black ladies, none of them had manners , they should mix races since it was a person who did not speak English and I helped him and they didn’t even say thank you, they are so rude all of them, they acted like if they are in their house and not a in a federal job

Worse USPS than if I could give it 0 stars I would. I sent a package with important documents on July 11. Package that for some reason when I checked the status told me that it was in the Gainesville facility even when the shipment was going to be made to a place right here in Miami. Well, it took almost a month for me to call costumer services and they only told me that I had to wait, and they returned it to my house saying that they couldn't send it. Today, 8/15, it's still there and it says online that the status is on its way.

I went to this location because they always keep my packages and the “supervisor” make me Wait 30 min to look for my package and was all the time atttending other customers while texting in front on their face this happen today August 12 between 1:30 to 2:00 pm no other than that he make wait to tell me that the number was wrong which it wasn’t and he was not going to help me anymore and he told the other employee not to help me

Terrible attention, zero charisma, kindness, they leave the office empty for more than 20 minutes with the huge line and you feel like they are talking behind. The place is a dive, very bad smell and everything dirty?
