This USPS is garbage, they dont provide alot of the services other USPS offers. Need to return something on eBay and have the shipping label on your phone? Too bad, you need to print out the label and they cant even print it out themselves. Go somewhere else, F this place.

This is THE worst postal office in Miami. Such a shame. I come here almost daily, and the staff is not at all helpful - in fact they are very rude - and one particular employee doesn’t even acknowledge the public if they are speaking to her and is always with her AirPods on watching videos on her iPhone while sitting at the front desk and not attending to the customers. Not even acknowledging the customers questions. This is unacceptable at any business, but more so a government facility. How could these employees even maintain a job like this? On their phone while there is a long line out the door. Awful.

I come to this post office on a weekly basis to ship packages. Patrice, Chantel and Emilean are always pleasant and kind and just love to interact with my little one! They are just dolls and always very sweet with us! Small post office near home with easy access. Very convenient and nice staff! Thanks ladies for always making our visits easy breezy!

I had a great customer service experience location, contrary to the reviews on here. I suspect the atmosphere might be dependent on the staff at the time of day. Shoutout to the lady who served me at around 1:30pm on 6/1, she was a gem and bless her. She was very nice and helpful with what I needed and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Will definitely come back to this location. :)

Went there on a Saturday at 1PM and door was locked with a note that said “ Close for Lunch 1 Hour”. Their Saturday closing time is 2 PM, so I hoped that the sign was put up earlier and that they were decent enough to not take the last hour of their opening hours for lunch and leave at least 15-30 min to attend to customers at end of day. I decided to wait. After me, about a dozen people came and left and 5 other people stayed to wait with hopes that they would reopen. At 1:56, an employee came out saying that they were closed for the day and weren’t going to reopen. When we asked if she could take care of us for the last 4 minutes of her shift, she said: “I can’t clock back in, I’m just following orders.” And told us to go to other locations that had longer opening hours. We were all left in awe. What type of service is this? It seems like the employees/management takes joy in wasting customers’ time. If there were some sense of human dignity, decency, and courtesy, they would at least state the time the note was posted or just say that they’re closed for the day in the note, but not leave people hanging with the hopes that they would reopen. The utter disregard and apathy of this location is some of the highest I’ve seen in any post office. Also, as people came and left, some remarked that this was a standard practice in other post office locations as well (where they take the last hour of opening hours for “lunch”) and never reopen, leaving customers with limited time and transportation options unable to take care of their mailing responsibilities.

Older woman scolded me three times for not having my label taped to the box already. I told her, my mistake, won’t happen again- but she continued being incredibly rude. Typical horrendous post office service.

We went yesterday (April 2 2024), THEY CLOSED THE DOOR AT OUR FACE AT 5 Pm. When they supposed to closed at 6 pm. The lady didn't even look at us, or say anything. The staff there is rude and very unprofessional.
