I ordered items for overseas, I never received them. The tracking number showed the package Delivered, Parcel Locker

July 14, 2025, 2:40 pm. I went over there 2 times. The lady in charge over there told me they don’t want where is my package, so it is lost. She said they have more than 50 employees working there and someone certainly stole. My order was something priceless from family. USPS allow theft in their warehouse. It is a shame. I will make to cancel any order in the future if I notice USPS is in charge for the delivery.
Terrible customer service. They won’t refund my order which worth more than 2000 euros.

A customer was still packaging something off to the side, and it wasn’t clear if they were in line. The associate acknowledged me to come forward, but the customer became upset. I apologized and offered to let them go ahead, but they refused, so I proceeded with dropping off a prepaid package (a 5–10 second process).
To my surprise, the associate handed me a crumpled receipt…something I couldn’t help but see as retaliation, despite them being otherwise polite. I regret upsetting the other customer, but I followed the associate’s direction and handled the situation respectfully. Unfortunately, this kind of tension, along with an earlier argument I overheard between another customer and the same associate, reinforces my frustration with this USPS location.

If you need to go to this post office, I would recommend clearing out your schedule for the wait time and setting customer service expectations incredibly low. The place has a culture of apathy and laziness, communication is slow and poor, and there is a good chance you will waste 1 to 2 hours of your day there without a satisfying resolution. I witnessed this for myself and 6 other people that were there with me that day. (Note: this commentary is specifically for the pickup center)

The worst place the cannot find a package it’s saying it was delivered to a parcel , and the line Take forever just one worker to attend 10 people plus. Definitely unbelievably

Giving them one star? is too much, they are rude, they open the store at 8 am but they come out to the front almost at 9 am. i have to come to pick up my mail because the mailman always lose the front door key of my building, also they don't even care because They don't even leave a note ... We realize when we don't see correspondence

Very bad experience. Staff doesn’t seem to want to do their jobs or help customers. I went in the morning, got sent away because “someone would call me during the day with the answer to the case”. Obviously no-one called. Went there again and got the answer i could have gotten the first time, and staff was still unwilling to help on a case that was mishandled by USPS

UPS tried to deliver my package to this location at 1:45. Pm so it can be delivered to me. Email came back saying that they couldn’t deliver it to the post office because it was closed. Went on the website and it say it’s open. I was technically suppose to have had my package on the 8th of this month but was switched to the 9 only for the post office to be close to receive it from UPS

It says it closes at 1:30 pm and it was already closed before. They are losing my correspondence and they have not given me a response for more than a week. IT IS SERIOUS THAT THEY DO NOT DELIVER THE CORRESPONDENCE

I usually don’t write one star reviews but I’ve never experience such incompetence in my life. The two women behind the counter (Judy and Michelle) weren’t able to accomplish anything. I waited in line for two hours only to be told that they couldn’t find my package and if they find it, I could try back another day. The post office either needs to change how it operates or be shut down.

So they didn’t deliver the package to my business and said they attempted to deliver it.
When I called they told me to come down to 500 nw 2nd ave to pick it up and when I arrive they told me to go to another location because it’s not here.
USPS is the most horribly run place I’ve ever seen. No accountability no one cares go here go there they don’t know what they are doing this is a joke.

My certified letter with return receipt is in this office since 06/11/24 . Am the sender. I don't know what is going on.My envelope suppose to be delivered to the Courts! I get the run around on the phone and I live very far from this location .Send me the envelope already.
