It says it closes at 1:30 pm and it was already closed before. They are losing my correspondence and they have not given me a response for more than a week. IT IS SERIOUS THAT THEY DO NOT DELIVER THE CORRESPONDENCE IN MY ADDRESS

My certified letter with return receipt is in this office since 06/11/24 . Am the sender. I don't know what is going on.My envelope suppose to be delivered to the Courts! I get the run around on the phone and I live very far from this location .Send me the envelope already.
