A USPS Location That Truly Deserves 5 Stars
I typically never write reviews, but this USPS location absolutely earned it. As someone who runs an e-commerce business and ships packages almost daily, I’ve been to more post offices than I can count and I can confidently say this one stands out in the best way possible.
The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and quick. They clearly know what they’re doing and keep the line moving, even during busy hours. But what really makes this place different is how nice and helpful everyone is. That kind of service is rare at a USPS, and it makes a huge difference when you’re here all the time.
If you rely on USPS for business or just need to drop something off, this location is a gem. I’m grateful to have them in my neighborhood

I mailed out a return package at this place and had a really good experience. The lady who helped me — I think her name was Edith (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong!) — was super nice and helpful. She suggested I use a bubble mailer instead of a box to save some money, which was really thoughtful. It’s always nice when someone actually takes the time to help. Thanks again, Edith!

Worst attitude and service I’ve seen in a while. I was trying to send a small package and buy some stamps and they treat you as if you walked into a Pizza Hut by mistake and were forcing them to send your package. Really awful stuff

I mailed out a gift card at this location on 4/29 my receipt says it should reach its destination by 5/1. I went back to the same post office and they said give it at least 10 days. It still had not arrived to its destination, which was a local address and should have taken no longer than two or three days to arrive. However, I called to a few days later the customer service to where the gift card was purchased and they confirmed it had already redeemed on 5/4. I have no doubt that someone at this location stole the gift card. Lesson learned, do not trust postal service employees at this location. They saw me purchase a thank you card and place the gift card in the envelope as well as a mailing envelope. In all my years I have never had an issue with the post office until now. This location needs to be investigated for stealing.

I feel embarrassed and humiliated every time I am served by an older lady, I think because I am of another ethnicity, every time she does something to embarrass me, once she made fun of my accent and the last time she didn't accept my mail saying I had to put it in an official envelope, I have never experienced this in other agencies in this city.

Their employees are very friendly, surprising service for USPS, it is a pleasure to go to this office. The only thing you should keep in mind is that all the nearby parking lots are private and have fixed rates.
