I’d give them a ZERO. Mail always gets “lost” or delayed for WEEKS. 7-10 days is the norm for domestic mail, when you get it at all.

I called on one occasion because my husband's check was cashed and never arrived at our address, now for the second time the check disappears and never arrives at our location, the first time they placed a warning but I don't see that they take any other action, they should investigate What is happening with the sending of checks that never reach their destination? Something strange is happening because if they send the letter through USPS, how come it never arrives? Another thing is that communication is very difficult. They put me on an hour-long wait for They will take my call, I will be visiting the office making an appointment with the USPS postal inspector general. We need to clarify what is happening with the shipments.01/31/2024 It happened again, my medication prescription has not been arriving since the beginning of January, my supplier sends it to me and they inform me and it never arrives at the door of my house, it is a very small package because they are medications which the delivery man delivers along with the correspondence, I called the offices and they told me that they would give me a response in 3 days, they did not solve anything and packages continued to be lost.

Tarika the postal employee saved me! I desperately needed a package, which the tracking info said was stuck at this facility "preparing for delivery" for over 24 hours. Turns out, It had been sent to the wrong facility, which is where I went to. Was in an area filled with packages waiting to be sent back to the right facility before getting sent out to delivery. She did through them and found it.

The drop box outside was switched to mails only, and the one inside was locked. What is the point of even having the box at this point?

Staff is super rude! They can’t multitask and answer a question. No customer service whatsoever.! Being a federal job wouldn’t they get training in Customerservice? Staff looks like they are miserable with all the benefits they get seems pretty sad.

Unfortunately, if any colored or design (glitter, stars, flowers) envelopes or packages are mailed to me, they are either “lost” or stolen on its way to me. Some of the packages even had a tracking number! In the span of just 3 weeks, I have not received 4 packages and I suspect each one was stolen.I highly recommend paying extra for special/important items (FedEx, UPS) and add protection to each package.

The worst email, a lot of discrimination, all the brunettes are poorly educated, they treat those who do not know English like dogs, they discriminate even the old people and sometimes there is no one who speaks Spanish, that you have to see, it is a terrible discrimination, it is the worst email there is, one carries the bills to the mailbox inside, even delivering them to those at the window and the bills never arrive at the place. This happens to me very often with the FPL with the water with the letter of the car, etc. There are many bills that do not reach their destination, so one realizes that it is the mail and only here do I leave my bills. The worst in Miami and I already see the horrible comments that are here and they do nothing until the bad work of the government and nothing happens. Incredible, I have read all the comments on this email, I don't know if it is open and there is not a single response from a boss like they don't care, they don't review. Not even the complaints are a total disaster, disgusting at what this is becoming. There is also a brunette or black woman who is a pig and poorly educated, and another called Rud, another despot. THIS EMAIL IS NO WORKING.

The service provided was very bad, the staff that serves the clients are very rude, they address the clients with an unpleasant and authoritarian tone, they do not provide the necessary information so that the client leaves satisfied, I consider the service in general to be a lack of respect, in my opinion I would not give them a single star, you just have to mark it to be able to upload the review

This review is not only to the staff of this office but how USPS handle the change of address process. My wife went there today because she is having problems with her mail. My wife mother (same name but different last name) moved to Vegas and change her address since she did that USPS inform everyone, as expected. Now every credit bureau and every bank where my wife has a credit card is changing her address. My wife went to try to fix the issue but the staff answered was “your relative in Vegas needs to cancel her change of address so you can change your address back and then your relative submit a new change of address”. Why USPS allow someone to change the address of the whole family and give a horrible hard time just with one click. The amount of time my wife has waste calling places. The process should be personalized and everyone should be responsible for change their address, no 1 person should be allow to change the address of everyone. That’s absurd, now my mother in law is out of the country and there is nobody who can fix the problem that USPS allowed to create.

Tuesday August 15th, 2023 at 11:30am. Came to ship a package, already wrapped up completely not just one piece, with a small tape, the lady at the counter told me after 25 minutes waiting in line that I cannot use that tape because it’s small tape that I needed to buy their tape, what a rip off!!

Before going to this USPS I had already spoked to USPS customer service to ensure my package was there and they told me my package was at this location, once I got there the person who served me told me without asking for my name or the USPS tracking number that my package wasn’t there, and today when I checked my package it was sent back to the original sender because an incorrect address. People who work at this location has no customer service at all, they don’t care about their customers and they don’t have empathy with anybody. Now I have to wait for my package to be sent again when they could give it to me right there when I went to their location.
