worst service ever, been there 3 times looking for a lost package and they don't want to make an effort to find it, I did a claim online and even worse, now they said that I can't get a refund for it, horrible.

Plain thieves! They mark the packages as delivered, and when you go to the office to claim them, they have them all stored there without notifying the owners. It's a disgrace that a postal office in this country is so poorly managed without any consequences! They deserve to be investigated and prosecuted!

The location is a little weird (it's behind a hotel without much signage) and there wasn't enough parking. The line was longer than I expected for mid-day on a week day, but the two ladies working the desk were professional, kind, and answered any customer's questions about sending packages. The letters I sent arrived as expected.

Horrible even the cats in the area they don’t allow feeders to feed them. Why? Cats are innocent they are only waiting for food . Imagine how they must treat customers

Im very disappointed with this branch. I went away on vacation for a month , so I requested them to hold my mail. They didn’t hold any of my mail. Thankfully I had someone that came to water my plants and bring in the mail. When I returned from my trip, I went to the branch to confirm if any of my mail was there. Nope .
Come on USPS…. You could do better.

I personally had the need to go in person to pick up a package that had live animals in it, they kept it due to the heat and the
moment they delivered it to me and they were very courteous to me really, thank you ??

I’ve had 4 packages go missing in a month from moving to a new address where this is now my local post office and wow I wish my old post office never changed. Everything arrives late and from what it seems a lot of the time not at all. I’ve filed multiple complaints, I’ve had multiple service requests open with no avail. Packages just disappear and when I spoke to a customer service representative on the phone which I assume is not part of this local post office because they’re actually competent, they told me that my local post office stated they’ve called me and left voice mails when I’ve never received anything from them no call OR voice mail.
I truly wish I understood more so how places like this continue to operate with 0 repercussion, do no higher ups investigate? Is it constantly swept under the rug? I just want my packages, I don’t want a refund, I don’t want to deal with the convoluted claim system that is clearly in place to be too much of a headache in hopes you don’t file one, I’m tired of filing complaint and service request back to back, can I just have my damn packages?

They are always in a hurry to close, the door was slammed in my face at 4.59pm by an older lady and I was just going to use the machine. He told me that it was 5pm and they were closing and it wasn't 5pm, they practically pushed you out madly to leave.
