The worst service you can possibly get. I don’t know why the employees are so rude, they don’t want to work at all.

Extremely nasty, rude, lazy, just don’t want to be there attitude basically applies to everyone that works in this location that I have dealt with. I really hate going here for any postal service. Why don’t they all quit if they hate their jobs so much??
I would give zero stars if it was possible, because one star is too many.

The staff at this post office are extremely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I have to visit this location frequently to ship packages, and each time I experience the same unfriendly atmosphere. They refuse to accept my prepaid boxes at the counter and insist I leave them there without any acknowledgment. If I want a receipt, they tell me to use the self-service kiosk at the entrance. The overall customer service is consistently unwelcoming.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst post office probably in all of United States. Everyone is so rude and hates their life working here. I don’t get if you hate your job, why be so rude to your customers. I get we all have bad days but you shouldn’t treat customers so poorly when we are nothing but nice!!! Dennis is so rude and this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced rudeness with him. He should be spoken to about how to have manners with customers. Never returning to this post office!!

Closed on a random Monday at 6pm (says 8pm online). Waited inside for around 20 minutes asking loudly if anyone was there until a man came out of the back and said we’re closed today and to leave since he cannot help me. Super rude.

I have visited this location multiple times, and each visit has been met with unprofessional behavior and a lack of courtesy from the employees. It often feels like the staff are uninterested in their work, as if they are not being compensated for their efforts. The attitude displayed is consistently negative, and the customer service is far below the standard I would expect from a USPS facility.

Looking for a usps arround Pinecrest. Google says they close at 6pm. I got there, waiting in line and one of the workers (she said she was a supervisor) told me I have to come back in an hour because they are going to lunch. Really? You guys should have this updated on Google so people don’t waist time going there or have a sign showing working hours somewhere

This location is a very obvious WASTE of our tax dollars. Somebody needs to do something about this. This has to be the worst post office in Miami. This goes beyond the realm of poor customer service.

Horrible service from a lady with glasses and braces. She is very rude and unprofessional, eating chicken wings at the front counter, smacking her lips and grabbing receipts with her greasy hands. She also told me that she cannot scan more than 4 packages and I need to use the machine at the front of the store if it's more than 4. You guys have to do better. I felt disgusted when I left that place with my greasy receipt in my hand. I thought it would be common sense to not eat your lunch at the counter while on the clock. That's why there is a designated lunch time. Apparently, she also likes to flash people in the face with the red light coming off the scanner. I saw her do it to some guy that was in front of me in line. Smh simply horrible. Remember people in this area can actually afford lawyers, be careful. Pure garbage!

Google and the sign on the door says they close at 6p on Saturday. I got there at 3 and there's a sign that says they are at lunch until 4:15! I just wanted to mail a package, but the self serve mail box was locked. REALLY?!

I visited the USPS location today to send out two packages and had a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I asked an employee named Taylor for assistance. Unfortunately, she had a very unpleasant attitude. When I requested help with shipping my packages, she told me I needed to pay for packing tape. I noticed that the gentleman in front of me received packing tape for free from another employee.
This discrepancy in treatment made me feel discriminated against, as both women were African-American. I made sure to be kind and patient throughout the interaction, but I felt unfairly singled out. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I believe it reflects poorly on the USPS. I hope management addresses this issue seriously to ensure all customers are treated with respect and fairness.

Just went at 11:55am today. Google says open, but they were closed. Could hear people in the back. Rang the bell a few times and no reply. No signs anywhere stating way they were closed.
