I want to share my very positive (and not unique) experience with our local USPS office. A few people were standing ahead of me this morning. Yet, with the help of both USPS workers it moved swiftly. I had to find the best option to send an important international mail and Steve, after greeting me with a smile, was very kind and helpful to do so.

I thought usps was bad but they are getting worse. You have lost 3 of my mail different dates that were important not including others. Your employees don’t care I filed a complaint and then they had the nerve to tell me someone did call me back to tell me the status of my missing package. They said it was documented name that called me started with an S I believe. Regardless they just don’t care and are losing peoples mail. You need new employees this is ridiculous and unacceptable.

It's no coincidence that this Post Office has a rating of 1.9 at the time I write this. Some of the new staff are just rude/horrible customer service. Today, I waited over half an hour in line just for someone who claims to be the manager to tell me that she is unable to accept cash, even if I have exact change. Whether this is a stupid policy or a stupid staff member or both, I have no idea, but it's absurd that I can't pay a manager with exact change at a Post Office.

The worst employees. They humiliate you every single time you go, and you practically have to beg for them to even help you out, such as sticking a label to the package. There is no need to treat people like trash when you're just going there to deliver a package and pay for USPS services. That woman with the short haircut and grey hair is so disrespectful; I'm appalled.

Terrible employees. not sure how anyone working there is employed. Lost our Priority Mail package. Tracking is showing the package is still on-site. Never got shipped even though it was supposed to 3 weeks ago. Now they cannot find it. Manager suggested we file for a “Missing Package Request” on the USPS website. I did so but the link does not seem to work properly. Now they have had me on hold for over an hour and a half. These people are a mess!

This morning at 8 am I went to the post office at this branch and I tried to ask where I could put a pre-paid package because there was not a designated place to put packages (like in the post offices located on sw 117 Ave and the one on Town and County in Mills Drive). There was a older black poster service worker and she would NOT answer my question because she said she could only attend one person at a time. I told her that it was only a question and she said I had to wait in the long line so she could answer. Incredible. Could not multitask apparently, There was an older lady behind me and the postal worker yelled at her to stop starring at her. We were all in shock. I felt terrible to see such behavior towards the older lady as she literally was not doing anything wrong, Everyone at this post office could not believe how we were being treated. I am an HR professional and I have never seen such unprofessionalism and someone so arrogant. This is a service organization!!!! If this behavior would happen in a non governmental organization, she would be reprimanded. What a disgrace to this post office.

I know that they are not interested in the costumer"s opinion because if that were the case they would have improved their service.It is the worst service that exists today in the entire country,even though we pay for that service more respect for the costumers or the administrators they don"t read the complaints.

Closer the door ten minutes early and claimed she was the only person there when there was three people and only two customers inside absolutely horrible attitude too

Always line and the most unhelpful people on earth. Going there is like a punishment to me.
