The worse experience the office is close from 4 pm and nobody there after I go around the back to find the supervisor they said that they don't have people that only 1 person working and the person is there from 5 am and she is in break or she go home she not even know.
The automatic machine from the lobby not working no notice that is not working no notice that the office was close early due to no enough personal or any other time of notice.The worse experience.

Only one attendant or employee! While she was great, fast and relentless in performing her job, she was alone. One hour 25 minutes to ship one box. I say privatize the USPS, it is about time!!!

Wrong business hours. Got here at 5:30pm and another customer told me at the parking lot that they’re closed; only self-serve was available.

Closed for a third day in a row now,
but even when they’re open it takes 30 minutes to make it through their line on a typical day!

This is by far the best experience I’ve had at our Postal Service and the woman running the store Chauncey was so incredibly helpful and kind. Not just with myself, but with each every person that came into the store. It’s not to say, but I’ve never had an enjoyable experience at USPS until today. Hire more Chauncey’s. (Sorry if I spelled her name incorrectly.)

Unbelievable! Only 1 person attending customers and the line reaches the door!!! Asking for exact change if paying cash…unbelievable!!! You need to put additional personnel here please! People have to get to work on time!!

i rescheduled my delivery to just be a pickup at this location. i go on the day of my pickup and they told me that they delivered it. like seriously? they acted as if i never made the pickup request, even though when i showed up i showed them the email confirming my pickup. honestly unreal, use ANY other place than this one.

Refused to deliver item on time saw the tracking and was stuck at facility all day and I went to the facility directly and they refused to give item to me the place is very under staffed with long lines. Not helpful at all the manager needs to hire extra help or should be fired whomever staffing this place.

I never expect kindness or professionalism from gov workers, but Cassandra is a Class Act!
This beautiful soul / breath of fresh air in an environment like that
took her time to help me pick up my package, despite her shift already being over.
I suggest she be given a raise because she went above and beyond when I didn’t deserve it (due to me being 8 minutes late post closing time)!

Terrible service and customer service lacks any attention, forms are never available
