This USPS location is the worst Ive ever visited. Latia, not only lacks customer service but its obvious she doesnt want to assist the customers at any capacity. I have been dismissed twice by her only to come back and see that she is just lazy. My first was with my passport and now with a package. If you have an option to go elsewhere please do. Avoid this place. I dont know anyone that would wait an endless line only to be turned away in dissapointment. Upon reading comments realized its a pattern at this location. No thanks.

Worst usps!!! I came few minutes ago and showed the papers to renew a passport and she told me that i have to go online get different documents… Passed 2 hours I came back with the new documents and the other lady told me they dont do paper for passport here.. She asked to the other Lady and said we were lying… Then the 3 different workers present said different scenarios..Nobody was in the same page and first lady was very disinformative!!!! What a usps!!!

Well...my experience today was perfect. I had to send a package to my sister in Canada and all went well. The place is clean. One of the ladies behind the counter help me choose the right box and the right form to fill out. They lend me pen and tape. Tashara was very professional too. There were three persons behind the counter, so the service was fast. I highly recommend this usps office. Thank you Tashara and all the office staff.

Today Feb 15/2025 Saturday. Horrible!!!! Coustumer Service. Those representatives make the USPS look very bad.
Those employees I think they have to pass a rigorous test and training to be hired, but unfortunately they don’t represent the USPS policies, not professionalism, not welcome, not emphaty to be working in the front with the public. They should hired me, I can do better than them.

Made the LONG line to drop off a package. Postage was pre-paid. I just wanted a drop off receipt. After waiting 20 minutes in line employee (older lady with blonde hair, last counter on the right) refused to accept my package. Told me to go use the machine. Said manager says not to accept pre-paid packages at the counter. Is this a USPS policy? There are no signs if that is the case. If I'm already at the counter, just scan it and take it in. When I started asking questions she told me I was holding up the line and wanted me out of the way. . When I walked in I see prepaid packages on the floor in front of the small envelope deposit box where any thief can walk up and grab them and walk away. No security guard to watch over them or employee around to collect them. I don't want to risk my package getting stolen. I will file a complaint with withe the Inspector General.

This is the worst USPS branch, they sent a priority package that contained a money order, it never arrived at its destination (Chicago) and it never left Miami and they charged me for the money orders and they don't take responsibility! In this branch they steal your packages! Don't send anything here. Very sad !

A man named Mike (bald guy)working on Saturday, August 24th, 2024 was extremely rude. I just had a question and instead of calmly explaining it to me like another lady did he was very snarky and giving me an attitude. That is not a behavior that a USPS worker should exhibit. I’ve also witnessed him be rude to the person in front of me. If you have a bad day don’t take it out on the customers.
