I had a family passport appointment here and was treated exceptionally well by Antoinette. She made the process smooth and easy, and her patience is second to none. Her other co-worker who I did not engage with, but observed her interactions with customers, was similarly great.

I hardly ever write reviews but this location’s customer service was incredibly friendly and helpful! Lisbeth and Moira helped me track down my lost package and went above and beyond to help me find it.

We went to do a passport appointment with my 3 kids. We were a little bit late and the lady in the front which is not the person in the video, said, I have to take lunch.I'm not gonna be able to do it for you anymore even though we have a grace period all the way until twelve thirty. She called the manager, and the manager was even worse.And she even gave me the middle finger. Very unprofessional we're going to follow a complaint with the United States Postal Service. And we're gonna make sure that they can get this video and the pictures that's very unprofessional, how you acted my kids were right there in front of you.

The hours say they close at 6p. I’ve come several times and they close before 5p. Today it was 4:55 staff inside and doors locked with lights off. They need to either update hours online or stay open correct hours.

Came in for stamps and other information. Nubian which was the young lady that helped me was very nice and directed me on how to accomplish what I needed. She also greeted people that were coming in and letting them know that they would be with them as soon as possible.

It says they’re open till 6pm and as I was going to drop off a package at 4:45, they locked the doors saying they were closed. This location sucks. There’s no schedule for them, they do what they want.

Terrible customer service. Rude and unhelpful. I always like to give benefit of doubt and think it’ll be somewhat pleasant coming to make some returns, but never fails. Nasty attitude.

Went to mail something at the opening time 8:30am on 7/30. 5 more customers were waiting behind me. At 8:35 the door was still locked. Then, the lights that they had turned on above the service counters went out!! No respect for the customers. I stopped by later and found out what happened. The 1 employee that was supposed to open was late for work. Imagine, no backup personnel!! They were entirely dependent on that 1 employee to be on time

Horrible place just for returns.
No one wants to work and let alone assist you.
Everyone is lazy with a bad attitude.
Whoever is running this location sure does not know how to manage a business. Lady with glasses was obnoxiously rude. I’m surprised she works there considering she has no customer service skills at all!!!!

HORRIBLE PLACE WITH THEIR useless manager!! I CALLED USPS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I ASKED IF THIS PLACE TAKES WALK INS AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DO! They told me the day! And they told me the time!!!!!! So I show up here! After I drove for 1 HOUR!!! To be told by the manager they no longer take walk ins! I UNDERSTAND THAT! But from the begging her attitude was very unhelpful and dismissive!! So I went to the side to ask another worker so I could EXPLAIN how I was told by their customer service that they do take walk ins. That lady told me she’s not a passport rep and that I should speak with the manager. So suddenly this lady “manager” starts screaming saying how oh I guess I needed it in Spanish as well. So I told her no I speak perfect English I don’t have a problem with that. So she says “oh then I guess you needed it in both languages” then she’s just being super rude screaming from behind the counter so I told her back listen it’s not my fault you guys aren’t organized! That’s not my fault I call customer service and I get told you do get walk ins when in actual fact you don’t! So she says “go put that in your complain then” just extremely rude so no reason because I was just trying to see if anyone could help me do it since I drove for and hour being TOLD THEY DO TAKE WALK INS. How’s that my fault!? So that’s okay. Whatever. BUT the problem really is her attitude! StinkING ATTITUDE COMPLETELY dismissive AND disregarding TOWARDS ME!
