This post office is the worst! First they had one guy to handle this huge line. Then they had 2 ladies relieve him and let me tell you it went from bad to worse. All I was trying to do was confirm my change of address showing my matching license (Govt official Identification hello!) and these ladies made it impossible to complete. First time they said I needed some other proof. So they canceled the request. I literally received an email right away saying one form of proof could be utility bill. So I went all the way home and came back with it and she still refused saying her computer doesn't recognize utility bill as proof. Meanwhile she's talking to me with an attitude calling me sweetie and hun and like I said. Like no ma'am first of all do not speak down to me and second of all news flash when you get a license you have to show all your documentation to get it making it the best proof of address possible. Also fyi FPL bill is a utility bill!!! You could really tell this lady enjoyed sending me away and not helping me. I have never ever had these problems at any other post office. These ladies were completely nasty to me. And while I was waiting for a 3rd time they were nasty to 3 other people in front of me. How do you keep such terrible people employed here?!? I'll drive out of my way to go to another post office moving forward! Screw this!

Visited the post office today and was extremely disappointed with the service. The lines were incredibly long, stretching far beyond what one would expect during a regular visit, and it was immediately clear there were not enough staff members to handle the volume of customers efficiently. The few staff that were present seemed overwhelmed, and their attention to customers was far from professional, contributing to a frustratingly slow progression through the line. This lack of adequate staffing and professionalism not only extended wait times but also significantly impacted the overall customer experience in a negative way. It's disheartening to see such poor management, organization, and customer service in a facility that many rely on for important communications and transactions. I hope to see improvements in the future, but as of now, I'm left with a very unfavorable impression.

This place is the worst. The workers including the supervisors are rude. You ask a question try to show them and they don’t even look at you? they disregard you quickly stating is not their fault. They don’t even intent to do a search for you. 0 costumer service. Very disrespectful.

They open at 9am yet station manager doesnt start setting up the front until 9am and makes customers wait behind a chain well after the post office is supposed to open and walks around in front of customers with no explanation of why we are waiting. Only happens on the day the station manager is in front. She abuses he position often. Don’t ask for tape. She’ll lose her mind.

Great service, even better manager . Branch was already closed and Santiago took the time to help me with my non-delivered package that I urgently needed. These are the things that make a difference and make the customer feel valued. Very grateful to Santiago ??!

Huge lines, rude people not willing to help. The lazy ladies who work at the front desk should all get fired. I never find the labels /envelopes I need out by the counters where the line forms. “The least effort possible” should be the motto of this postal office. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case, very typical of government agencies. It seems the USPS can afford to lose money.

Terrible service, you always have to wait forever...not friendly people working there, how sad!Why is this happening. Only to employee's. Please do something we working people don't have the time to make a long and very slow line. Even if you don't work, it's not fair ?

This post office is the worst. I had problems with my packages so I decided to ask for the manager. They were super rude and couldn’t even act like they went to go get him. They just stood there and attended other customers. I was there for 40 minutes and had to leave because they refused to get the manager.

The people here are always rude. They close before it’s actually 6 the woman discriminates and services others even if they crossed the ropes. She always humiliates and the rest of the customers do it as well to make people feel bad when there’s no need to humiliate customers as a group one only 1 person.
