The worst experience with all my living years in a post office. This is a reminder of why I never come to this location. I brought in a simple box, and all i needed is to ducktape the top. They refused to do it for me, either as a courtesy or with a small charge (which it was done in other locations). Instead, they wanted me to but a whole duck tape roll for $3.99 for only one strip. After few seconds where i realized it's senseless and pointless request to ask for help, nor it will get nowhere I just left the location and will never come back.

Every time I come here for the past few months, they're shut down at least once or twice a month for computer relayed issues. I do not believe the employees. There's no possible way of having this many computer issues. USPS just need to shut down this location and fire the employees already. It's that bad.

I want to warn everyone, this post office is cheating with the package weight. I have been sending various things around America for over 10 years and have never had problems with putting the wrong weight on the package. But when I started handing over packages to this post office, problems started. If an item weighs 2 ounces plus an envelope, it can't end up weighing about 2 pounds, but in this post office my packages began to weigh 1.5 pounds more. Shame on you.

Usps put a parcel locker key for me to open the parcel locker. The key went in but it would not budge. This is not the first time this is happening. It was the right key because its label match the locker. I needed the package asap. The lockers are SO CHEAP. USPS has horrible service. They must replace them asap!

I am extremely upset by the experience my companion and I had at the USPS branch tonight at 11:05 PM on April 12, 2025. This post office has always been our go-to location — the employees have always been respectful, kind, and even warm. But what happened tonight was simply unacceptable.
We asked to quickly take a photo of the sticker on our package — just to capture the tracking number, which was clearly visible on that label. It’s something simple and reasonable that we’ve done before without any issue. But the young man working there refused in an unnecessarily rude and abrupt way, with zero explanation or courtesy.
What happened next was even more disturbing — he aggressively threw our package into the container with such force that it slammed against the wall, making a loud noise that echoed across the entire post office. It felt disrespectful, careless, and frankly, hostile.
This is not how USPS should treat its customers. We were shocked, disappointed, and honestly saddened by this behavior. I sincerely hope that this employee is spoken to and reminded of the standards of professionalism and basic human decency. Everyone else at this branch has always been wonderful — but this one encounter left a terrible impression.

This is hands down the worst USPS location I’ve ever been to. It’s never open when it should be. Today was the last time I gave it a chance—only because it’s the closest to me. Over the past year, I’ve come here three different times to drop off a package, and every single time it’s been closed.
One time, I was told they close from 1–2 pm for lunch, even though that’s not mentioned anywhere on their door or online. I waited and came back—only for them to open an hour and a half later. Another time, completely closed for no explanation. And today, once again closed, and someone passing by told me “their computers are down.”
I genuinely hope another USPS opens in the Aventura area because some competition is desperately needed.

This is the absolute worst post office in the country. The employees are extremely rude and unhelpful. If you aren’t happy with your job you should find a new career. They treat customers like dogs. The post office should be ashamed of themselves.

This USPS location is NOT HONEST about their hours. On Google and on the door it says it’s open until 5 pm on the weekdays. On Thursday their doors were locked by 4 pm, or probably even earlier. Who knows! There wasn’t a sign/note that notified customers they are closing early. I was terribly inconvenienced!
