A guy named KEVIN with very bad manners just screaming on us when we asked him about the passport appointment. I don’t understand why don’t qualify people for costumer service.

It is incredible that it takes more than 5 days to deliver a package to 33166. They are not interested in good customer service.

Been around tracking a package that was sent to wrong post office for delivery and got here because same usps sent me, nasty lady sent me to hell, they’ve got really bad people working here, how do they get hired? That I don’t know
