The friend LOU was wonderful even though she didn't speak Spanish she tried and helped me I liked this office it is always clean I have never had a problem with the packages and it is always up to date

Do you ever answer the phone!?!?! For a country that's so customer service oriented, the USPS has to be the worst and most incompetent service of any kind in the entire world! It's absolutely pathetic and I wish we as shoppers could have an option to never use USPS. Answer you phones for a start
