“Bought a engine for my 2012 Jetta TDi. Engine delivered on schedule without issue. Had to then get a turbo, which we didn't realize ahead of time that we needed. Crew here shipped a turbo right away to get us rolling. Had an issue with not only the first turbo but the second turbo as well... Branif shipped me a third turbo. This place was incredibly understanding and classy to deal with!! I will most definitely make this my first call when I need parts in the future!”

“Not sure about the previouse review from 2014. This company has helped a ton of my friends and family to buy New and Used cars and have always responded to any issues that have arised. The undersanding is that cars sometimes have issues and understanding expectations is key. If you are buying a New or Used car understand that cars sometimes have issues and that the company is better represented when an a issue comes up and how it is addressed. The business should be rated by how a problem is handeled and not about the problem itself. Thank you for all your help in getting the best possible deal on what we where looking for and know that we are advocates of your business.”

“I give them 5 stars because I can't stop thinking about the attention they gave me, they are very good people in general, but with respect to the car I bought it was a bad experience, as soon as I left the dealership I started to find problems, the gas cap was broken, the car had no mats or manuals, loose car parts, warning bulbs on the dashboard, a whole group of problems for buying a car of almost 40k, in the end I had to return the car before 7 days because of all these problems and without problems they accepted it, they always tried to help me for which I am very grateful, if you are going to buy a car there you should take your mechanic and be sure that it has all the options you want and if possible take a pre-approval letter from your bank it is probably a better interest rate than what they can offer.”
