Purchased 6 u-225 batteries for my golf cart. After 18 months, 2 of the batteries were completely dead and would not charge. I called about the batteries and was told that I am beyond the 1 yr. Manufacturers warranty. They will not pro-rate the costs of the batteries. I inquired about replacements and was told that the other batteries would degrade more quickly if I did not replace.all six. Additionally if I purchased just the 2 batteries, it would negate any warranties. Crap product and service. Regret my purchase.

Bought a NEW car battery with an 18 month UNCONDITIONAL warranty and only 8 months later got stranded in an intersection because the entire side terminal melted away and the battery failed.
Being legally disabled made a bad situation even worse when I foolishly attempted to disconnect the terminal and was burned badly on my fingers. I contacted the person I bought it from and he reluctantly agreed to replace it and told me he would be up to see me that day. I waited and he never called or showed up and didn't answer his phone. The next day I was verbally assaulted called names and laughed at telling me I was an idiot and there was nothing I could do about it. I called his office to speak to a manager directly to have someone please intervene and help me but after more false assurances nothing was done. I have since filed formal complaints with the State of Florida and the BBB and will not rest until I have a complete refund. I am tempted to sue but lawyers are expensive so please heed my advice and STAY AWAY from these people. They are selling GARBAGE that is a danger to people and don't stand behind their promises or warranty.
